Looking for a forever home.with great yoga. This place not just checks the boxes for friendly, great location, and reasonably priced with great instructors. But you get two studio's in one. Get Hot yoga and traditional. I get to do yoga all over and this is one of my favorite places in the US. Now just need to figure out that "forever home" purchase. Get here if you can. It's a special place.

When I started my yoga journey I had no flexibility, no balance, my back hurt, and I would wake up every morning with my body feeling like I had been hit by a hammer. No one hates to work out as much as I do. But I know it's necessary and having a heart attack at 45 tends to motivate you. On the advice of my doctors, I took up yoga. The Yoga Collective was highly recommended. Yoga?
It's just poses; how hard could it be? My first class was with a bubbly instructor named Courtney who listened to me, what my issues were, and advised me on how to handle some of the poses. I left that first class drenched in sweat and exhausted. Two months into it, I'm feeling a difference in how my back feels, my joints, and my overall mood. My self confidence is boosted whenever I make it through a session. The staff has been so supportive, helpful, and they challenge me without making me go beyond my limits.

I started the new client 30-day trial in July 2019, and from then on I knew I needed to keep going back. They have lots of options for classes: hot 60 minute and 90 minute, yin for 90 minutes, different types of vinyasa and guided meditation. I really benefited from going to class 2-4 times a week physically but really exceptionally mentally. Their teachers cultivate a welcoming community and I really enjoyed being guided by all of them in my 6/7 months as a student there. (I have since moved out of state) I highly recommend their studio if you're looking for a yoga practice in Saint Augustine.

I moved to the area last fall, and have been missing my hometown studio. I had a difficult time transitioning to this area in general, but not having the support of my yoga community has been the hardest. I finally decided to go all-in last week and join The Yoga Collective with a monthly unlimited pass. I have gone to classes 10 out of the last 12 days, from Ashtanga to Vinyasa to Hot 60.
Every single teacher that I have taken from has been lovely. In those last 2 weeks that I've been going, I've already met some delightful yoga 'regulars' in the classes. I love that this studio has such a variety of class styles (hot or not) and times. It took me a few months to find my way to this studio, but I am so grateful that I did.

I've just moved here and have been taking classes at The Yoga Collective for about a month. I love it! Wonderful studio space and variety of classes. The instructors all bring something different to the table and each class is unique, challenging and rewarding. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the HOT room smells so bad :( Consider changing the carpet out for hard floors? (Seriously I think members would contribute $$$ for such a change!)
