Ponte Vedra Wellness Center - Erika Hamer

Dr. Hamer is the BEST at what she does! She is the ONLY chiropractor I will ever see in the Nocatee/Ponte Vedra area. Not only does she have the MOST amazing family of patient care team, Dr. Hamer has always been great for not having to instill pain to relieve the pain! Other chiropractors have done so in years past just to get some sort of relief.

I've believed in chiropractic care since 2008 in 6 different states I've lived in, I used to believe they couldn't help. She's definitely hands down a compassionate & thorough Neurological Chiropractor! She's super quick yet takes the time to make sure all your needs are met which is even better. I'll always vote them #1 not just here but anywhere.

They will always be a strong recommendation in the Ponte Vedra & Nocatee area. I used to travel from the Jax area just to see her only. Thx Dr. Hamer & team. I will always be a patient here as long as I'm in St. John's!

Do not go to a Chiropractor if you are in real pain. Go to a real doctor, I came here because I had neck pain from a car accident and I am positive that due to the treatement I am in worst pain now. DO NOT allow them make you do treatments that you are not comfortable with or feel like it will make the pain worst. Trust your own intuition because I didn't and I am in so much pain that I have to use my standing desk all day due to the pain I am in right now.

So thankful for Dr. Hamer and her team! They are awesome! I had vertigo that would not go away. After just two treatments from her it was gone. I have also brought my kids to her since they were babies.

Very welcoming staff, offered me a cold drink while I filled out the obligatory paperwork. Saw Dr. Hamer who took X-rays, was easy to talk to and explained what was going on in my neck and what course of action would be best for me. She brought me immediate relief from my neck pain by a simple tweak here and there and an adjustment to my back. What a relief it is to be able to turn my head without the pain.

Love Dr. Hamer and staff! Dr Hamer has been treating me since about 25 weeks pregnant! I had the worst pain and she really knew what she was doing to relieve it for me. I am currently 5 months PP and my baby and I are still currently seeing Dr. Hamer office weekly for adjustments. We also have dad coming to get adjusted as well. The team is so very personable and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and feeling better!
