Amazing healer Mr. Lawrence is a seriously gifted human that helps with pain and many other health issues.

Laurence is simply amazing. He has fixed so many injuries and pains for me. It's no surprise to me that my mother and grandmother always went to see him when they needed to be set back correctly. If you're looking for holistic healing methods and any type of body work and healing, look no further. He's your man.

This place is an absolute must when visiting or moving to Saint Augustine. Everyone there Rocks when it comes to wellness, herbology, elixirs, & becoming pain free through cranial sacral, osteopathy & massage therapy Coming here once a month has changed my life, I've received so much healing. Laurence is the only practitioner I've ever met that is knowledgeable in application of Western, Ayurvedic & Chinese Herbs. Impressive I recommend an appt if dealing with any type of health challenge or physical discomfort

First and foremost I must say the energy in this place was great! I was able to speak to someone knowledgeable and they genuinely seem to enjoy helping. It's such a small store but once inside it seems huge with all the vast selections of herbs. I look forward to returning!

Truly no words for the other worldly experience I had today with Mark! I've been fortunate to have a fair number of massages in my life but never before has anyone known the EXACT trigger points to work and muscle connections to release and the perfect amount of pressure and time to work on one area without leaving you too sore and or underworked.

It was almost like his hands were drawn to the areas I constantly feel high levels of pain. From the minute I walked in I was welcomed like an old friend and he took time to assess my current ailments and then discuss the plan on what we would focus on today. Having had worked in a spa in the past, I know the benefit of regular massage and the importance of self care. yet have never once taken time or the money to do it for myself.

I'm committing to regular sessions with Mark and am so excited about the possibility of finally being free of chronic pain. While I can definitely deeply feel the neuromuscular therapy we did today, I can already also feel things releasing and proper muscles firing. I'm genuinely excited for the healing collaboration that has begun! I can't recommend this experience enough! Not to mention the adorable herb and vitamin shop they have as well and the wonderful knowledgeable staff there to help!

I am not quite sure where to begin, sounds bad right? Totally far from it! It's going to be long, but I can't say enough positive and great things about my experience. Here it goes: I originally went in with my wife to talk about my poor sleeping habits. I am Super sensitive to any medication so I don't like taking anything to begin with. We spoke with Mark and he guided me to the right vitamins to take, and explained in great detail why the vitamins are more effective than taking a sleep aid, explaining how we needed to get to the root of the problem of my sleeping.

It didn't stop there, we eventually got to talking about significant pain in my shoulder when I get stressed, he mentioned massages and deep tissue. I scheduled an appointment with him and I haven't stopped going. Mark was able to see that my shoulder pain was caused by other muscles that are connected, he worked that out and continued. I have never felt such relief and how much comfort I have now.

He really cares and listens to the problems and addresses them and works to fix them! My back has never felt any better. I highly recommend Mark, his energy, his positivity, focus and dedication to fixing and helping is amazing. I am Forever grateful for the dedication! Thank you! I recently went here for a tea pill my acupuncturist recommended. They had it in stock and were very helpful. Very calm and sweet atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting even if you don't have a list or product in mind.

I have been to this shop twice and had the pleasure of meeting two different people. My first vist there was a woman there who was very warm and inviting. She answered all my questions without making me feel dumb for not knowing! She made the whole experience positive. The second time I went was on my birthday and I met a guy who coincidentally shared the month (sorry I don't remember your name but I hope you are having a great birthday) he was just as warm and inviting with a great smile!

They were sold out of sage sticks so he recommended sprigs and may I say he was so right! They made more smoke and I used less and it was easier to clean up. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who asks!
