I heard about this place and was so so so excited to go there. Then I find out because of covid your not able to go in and buy herbs. I tried looking at the website but the experience isn't the same. I didn't end up getting anything but hopefully once they open back up I will have the chance to experience everything. The herbs look amazing!

I needed remedies for severe stress I called placed the order and picked it up the next day from Decatur's rd store. It's right around the corner from me. Probably saved me from a trip to the emergent room

The worse experience ever. I paid $36.70 for a 16 oz (Eucalyptus Globulus). The product wast a wasted product, useless.

I've been going to Penn Herb for at least 5 years. They have a good selection of herbs in different sizes bags to make your own teas, infusions, and tinctures. They also carry essential oils, honey, capsulated herbs, and many other products.

Fantastic place for all things natural, organic and whole. I've been a customer for over 25 years.

It is the best herb shop on the planet I ever heard of quality of people is decent professional knowledgeable spiritual family oriented and more I would recommend anyone to grant them a super life-changing experience regarding his health food store is save my life as well and many others check it out

I love Penn Herb I love The Bargain Bin, and I definitely love Lisa the cashier she's very pleasant good with customers. She is so good at remembering conversations from previous visits!

I had been a long time customer. the store spring garden st store became more upscale after renovations.supply is not as available. The little old senior people who use to frequent they are not seen as often anymore, the staff the lil white guy was not helpful, pleasant or warm. To me they have become snobbish smug store service.seems to be short of staff.they don't seem to be patient or want minorities to come anymore.they have become gentrified.it use to be my favorite place.

The only reason i still shop there.is because i like to buy bulk. I am in search of a more authentic down to earth grass roots vibe.that is no longer there.it's more of a we have become upscale, and if you are the little ole minority don't waste our time asking us questions. know what you want before you come because, No I don't want to help you vibe.real rap.

Love this place! There's so many healthy items and herbs to choose from. If you are unsure what you're looking for, the very helpful staff gives you ideas of what they have available. If you don't see it in the store, they even order the products for you! Great customer service, very friendly staff! I usually buy the soaps which are organic and all natural or the body cream to fight my sore muscles. I'd suggest going to this place if you're looking for vitamins and herbs, or all natural ingredients.

They even sell special organic cookies, and honey, and have weekly specials. If you sign up for a store card after you purchase a certain amount of items you get something free and you receive discounts through the mail as well as booklets of what is new in the store. If you go here check out the humidifier with the essential oils- I own one and it works great!

They allow pet dogs (as well as service dogs of course) into this grocery store. How exciting! I love this store and their new building is fantastic! The manager, Frank, even confirmed with me, saying that "It's not against the rules to bring your pet dog in here". Wow! I feel like I'm in Europe!

Penn Herb has recently opened this location at their factory. They are a health food a supplements market. The showroom is small, but it packs a lot of stuff in there. I'm not a big fan of supplements, but do love healthier alternatives and all natural foods, so I stopped in. What I found was a surprising selection of herbs and spices. Stuff that I normally buy from various markets such as Shop Rite or Target.

But the prices here were much more affordable. About half the cost for stuff like cumin, which was a really nice surprise. Like I said, they offer health supplements, and they had those in abundance. But I skimmed and mostly skipped over this section. I gravitated towards their healthy loose and bagged tea selection and the variety was quite nice.

While I cannot say one way or the other if they offer any real health benefits other than regular green and black teas, they do have some fantastic flavor combinations here. I walked away with more boxes of teas than I care to mention, but they've proven to be quite delicious. So a major thumbs up on that selection. They also had various dried fruits, assorted seeds and nuts as well as various fiber and protein infused snacks.

Also found here are various fruit juices and extracts, great for cooking and baking. To top it all off, the staffers working here had a very nice attitude, bright smiles and offered help when I asked. Not much more you can ask for on that front. If you're into the health food thing, or just looking for healthy snacks, teas or drinks, I'd say Penn Herb is worth stopping in and visiting. It's a fairly small spot, but the selection was nice.
