Accident Recovery Center

Highly do not recommend! I have been experiencing more pain than when I was in my accident after being touched by this doctor. A huge gimmick! Wish I would have never been referred to this place.

I had an appointment scheduled here but immediately changed my mind once I witnessed a lot of criminal activity going on in this area also the parking lot smells heavily like illegal substance.

Friendly and knowledgeable. Listens to your concerns and addresses them. Flexible appointment scheduling.

Dr. Giel does a great job and a has a good attitude. Adjustments feel fantastic and He heps suggest corrective exercises to aid in recovery. He has stocked the office with helpful equipment that I've never seen at other chiropractor offices. Christina, his assistant, has a caring demeanor and is helpful too.

Dr. Giel is very knowledgeable and truly cares about where you're hurting and does what he can to alleviate that pain. Christina, the office manager, is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I would highly recommend this office!

I've been to two appointments so far with Dr. Ryan. He's extremely knowledgable about his field. He took the time to walk me through my x-ray, explained what was going on with my neck, and outlined a clear plan of action for my chiropractic care. The technology they have is top of the line. The setting is welcoming and inviting. I look forward to continuing my visits.

Wonderful chiropractor! Dr. Giel genuinely cares about your well being and isn't out to get your money. Definitely worth my 30 minute drive. Already seeing improvements in my back, wouldn't go to anyone else!

I had a awesome experience with Dr. Gill and Christina you guys have showed me a different life other than pain. I didn't even want to stop coming because of the friendliness. Dr. Gill got my back feeling like i never was in a car accident thank you so much and Christina made me feel like we had a sister sister connection she was sweet from the day we started i love you guys and i truly appreciate the service. I had a great first time experience! There was no wait time for my visit and I Felt instantly better. Dr Giel gave great advice that helped. 100% would recommend ARC to friends and kin.

Walked in looking for help. No one could help me because no one speaks Spanish. Receptionist was rude! I do not recommend this location at all.

Dr. Giel is your must go to Charlotte chiropractor. He is the the absolute best chiropractic specialist in charlotte. I work on computers all day, and the occupational hazards from the job became unbareable. I walked into Dr. Giel 's office with no appointment and was seen straight away. All I can say is amazing. I left feeling amazing. I am telling everyone to see Dr. Giel even you think you don't need to. Thank you Dr. Giel; I am a forever patient. You are awesome!

The staff is super friendly and professional. Dr. Giel is very thorough and knowledgeable. They don't keep you too long per visit (just 30 mins). I noticed a difference immediately and I feel a whole lot better. I would recommend them to anyone looking for relief coupled with professional service

I just moved back to Charlotte and needed a new chiropractor. I read good reviews online so I thought I'd give him a try. I'm glad I did the staff is amazing. Easy to get in. Had to wait a day to be seen the first time but since then I call same day and I get in with no problem. The chiropractor is so sweet and very knowledgable. He listened to my concerns and is very genuine and caring.

I appreciate that in a Doctor. I just wish they were open on the weekends. I usually go after work and they still see me even if I'm a few minutes late (horrible 5pm traffic to blame). I'll be calling Monday to be seen again. Good location. Easy and plenty of parking. No wait. They get you on a massage table before your visit with the chiropractor. He gave me exercises to do and told me things that will help with my back pain.

I have a great and comfortable time there. They take out all my kinks. The staff is very plesant and i would recommend anybody to come for comfort

I've been going to this chiropractic office for close to 4 weeks now; I don't know how pleasant these appointments can be but I can say for sure that I don't have any complaints yet! So the name speaks for itself - Accident Recovery Center, which is what drew me to this office after my car accident. I guess you can't go wrong with this name lol.

The office layout is semi-open, which isn't bad, and for privacy there's an x-ray room and a private office as well. Both chiropractors were very helpful when explaining the insurance/liability/financial side of things. Aside from the traditional cracking and popping of the back, they have a machine that does the same spinal adjustments without having to twist and put pressure on the back.

Another thing I noticed was the gentle manner in which they treat their patients. There are usually other patients in there with me, some old and some without great English skills - Dr Giel seems to always make sure they leave with the understanding of the treatment as well as their take-home exercises. I feel comfortable in this place. I'd come back if I need another adjustment.

My father was a very good chiropractor, so I have come to appreciate that it is not just knowledge but an art and skill as well. I have been treated by Dr. Giel for many years now and I have always been impressed with the results. Many chiropractors today switch to a business model that simply churns through patients, however Dr. Giel and Dr. Wells take the time to 'treat' the patient. I wholeheartedly recommend this chiropractor.

This is a new location for Dr. Wells. He has been treating me for a few years. In my opinion there is not a better chiropractor in Charlotte. I like the new location. It has a warm, comfortable feel. He and his staff will keep you smiling.
