The ACT program is founded on the concept that often injury and pain result not from a single sudden trauma, but rather from a long sustained process of wearing out or breaking down under more subtle forces and stresses. Our bodies are dynamic. There are moving parts, parts that hold together and parts that generate force and tension.

My first visit proved to be very helpful. I was in a lot of pain, shuffled into the office. Todd was very thorough in taking care to understand what I needed. After my treatment, I needed his help to get up from the table (same severe pain getting into and out of bed). Hurray! I can do it on my own. In a little over a month, no more shuffling or sloughing due to pain.

I am very confident working with Todd Personett. He is very knowledgeable, proceeds with treatment carefully and cautiously, is skillful at manipulation and manual hands on work. He listens well and really gets to know his patients. My back and neck have improved significantly since working with him.

A world of difference! I visited Todd with back pain during both of my pregnancies and it was incredible! With my second, I had terrible headaches, to the point that I was considering strong, prescription medication, and with one adjustment, Todd was able to realign my neck and back to relieve the pressure and POOF! Headaches gone! Incredible! Thanks Todd!
