To sum it up, this facility and its vets and staff are incredible. I mistakenly brought my baby in a day early for her booster and the staff was so sweet to take us anyway and take care of us. They were also great with my high-anxiety kitten, who can be difficult to treat. So thankful for you and all that you do for me and my baby girl! Thank you!

Critical:Responsiveness I appreciate the need for new practices with Covid, but Atrium's service for a simple med pickup is awful. If I was not such a long time customer, I would consider changing!

Dr Morrison spent 40 minutes with my teenage son going over how to care for his new snake, explained every step of the well visit, let him hear the heartbeat and was just all around great with the snake and the. teenager! hopefully I will get to meet you next year! (only 1 pet parent is allowed inside right now so it was the teenager today!)

Don't like the curbside vet service, where you only speak on the phone with the vet. This is unacceptable that I can not go inside with the pet. When I was picking up medicine, for my puppy, I could've waited inside the lobby instead and had paid for it there, but I was made to leave and stay near my vehicle while one of the techs was searching for my puppy's medicine, and I was the only client at that time.

This in my opinion was rude. I like the old way of doing things like being with my pet while you guys examine him. And what if I forget about my phone, that would be a problem calling and I would have to go inside anyway to inform that I am there. Also, with the curbside it takes too long for me and stresses the pet and me.

Set an appointment up a month ago, got a call two days before to confirm appointment. Get to appointment and they say I'm no where in the system. After showing the receptionist all the confirmations I had they TOLD me "you cancelled your appointment this morning and we've already REBOOKED the spot you initially had" which was clearly untrue as I drove 45 minutes for the appointment and waited a month to have my puppy seen.

Since some random stranger cancelled my appointment They told me I would have to wait until the end of the month for another appointment instead of trying to fix their obvious mistake and work me and my puppy in. so discouraging as my puppy is having teeth issues and I already didn't want to wait as long as I did for my appointment. Would highly recommend not coming to this office. I would hate for another fur family to have wasted valuable time and end up in my situation.

Can't say enough positive things about our dental experience on Monday. Sierra is a little reactive in strange situations so Atrium let me stay with her the entire day. We were set up in a back room and they came in the room to do her "sleepy" shot, then let me take her out and stay with her while they put in her catheter and let me carry her in to the room where the dental was to be performed.

I then went back to the room to hang out until the dental was done. After the dental they gave her some IV fluids and then brought her back to me to hold, along with a warmer, to get her body temp back up. They checked on her every 30 minutes or so until we were discharged. Everyone treated Sierra kindly and with love. Felt like she was in great hands the entire day. Thank you!

Dr. Morrison and his staff treated my Lion head Bunny, they were awesome. Definitely will come back. Thank you.

The Veterinarians and all the staff at Atrium are super nice! My rabbit sees Dr. Laura and Dr. Morrison who are both amazing! They go out of their way to answer my questions, make me comfortable and are wonderful with the bun buns. It's so hard to find exotic animal vets in the first place, and at Atrium they use herbs and nutrition and natural remedies when they can as well. I'm very happy with this Vet office and would recommend it to anyone who has a pet.

I take some of the reptiles at my job to this vet and they are awesome! Always do a great job I love the fact they do a drop off service it really helps us in retail with animals who need to be seen! Definetly recommend them to anyone who's looking for a reptile vet or a vet in general but good exotic vets are hard to find!

We LOVE Atrium Animal Hospital. Our dog Lola is extremely nervous at the vet, and they have continuously worked with us to ensure she is as happy and comfortable during her visits as possible. We are even able to do checkups in a fenced in area outside to reduce her stress. I can't believe how lucky we were to have found this amazing practice!

The staff and doctors at Atrium are awesome. They always treat us with respect and professionalism. From the time you make the appointment until you walk out the door, everyone makes you feel like you are part of the family. I know my fur babies will get the best treatment available when I go to Atrium. The desk staff is friendly. The Vet Techs are kind and Caring.

The boarding staff puts you at ease when you leave your "babies" with them and the doctors are up to date with the latest technology, caring, considerate, experts and overall amazing. I can't imagine trusting anyone else with the care of my pets. I feel like they love my pets as much as I do.

Dr. Laura is caring and thorough. She makes the visit fun for my dog. Have been going to Atrium for over 10 years and everyone works toward providing a superior experience for the animal.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I took my 13 year old Cavachon in for a rehab appointment on her 13th birthday. Not only did Kathy Currlin work her magic on EmmyLou's neck and back, she and sweet Caroline surprised her by throwing a birthday party - complete with a dog food birthday cake, a bag of treats and at least 6 singing vet techs in party hats. Thank you Atrium Animal Hospital for loving my girl so well and for being there for me over these last 20 years of pet ownership.

Just brought my two ferrets in today for health exams and i was very happy with everything! Everyone was super friendly, and Dr. Lathan is very knowledgeable and helpful. Brittany was an awesome tech as well. Highly recommend if you have exotic pets.

I had a phone consult today with Dr. Hombs about nutrition for my pups. I truly enjoyed talking to her and she made me feel more confident with my raw feeding plan. I learned some very helpful tips from her and the consult was very reasonably priced. Thank you so much!

The care at Atrium Animal Hospital is the best I've ever had! The compassion, knowledgeable and professional staff, the care that looks at the whole animal, using all methods from both western and eastern medicine are beyond excellent. I feel respected and valued as a client and my dogs are getting the absolutely best care I could ask for! I feel very lucky to come here!

Very professional, up to date, thorough and just right down the best vet I've ever attended. My dogs are so much more comfortable there, accommodating, dog savvy staff and vets. Special shout out to our vet vet Dr. Morrison and the rehab team. My 10 year old girl is able to continue to enjoy life to fullest thanks to all of you.

Cammy gets very noisy (a loud wailing sound) & nervous when we go to the vet (yes, she has even pooped on the waiting room floor)! The Staff at Atrium are always kind and they have never pet-shamed me! So grateful that holistic medicine is an option for my pet and I would not take her anywhere else!
