Doctor Oliphant is the best, he's adjusted my back after a car accident a year ago, unfortunately I need more treatment in other ways so I'll be ending with him. Him and the staff are always friendly and happy, at 7a.m. they help you when you need it and they are just so amazing.

I am so pleased with this office. Dr. Oliphant has done amazing things for me due to having severe asthma (such bad attacks my ribs get out of place) and had a lower lumbar fusion with 6 disc's. Front office staff have always accommodated me when I needed to get in quickly

Rude staff and hidden fees. I wasn't going to write a review on the rude staff, but after receiving my bill a month later and seeing they charged me for ridiculous things, I have to. The ladies behind the counter were cold and rude and at 7 in the morning no one needs that. I waited over 30 minutes in the waiting room for my appointment because "usually the paperwork takes longer".

When I got back there Dr. Oliphant was polite and worked on my back. He did not fix the pain, but also didn't make it worse so I can't complain. What astonished me was receiving a bill later and seeing that before insurance they charged me $150 for "medical examination". When I called, Angie (who was very nice) explained that it was because Dr. Oliphant read my medical history to customize care.

I simply went for an adjustment and now I get charged because he read my medical background. Maybe if this visit actually helped my back or the staff wasn't so rude, I'd overlook the random fees, but this was just frustrating. If you just need a chiropractor, go somewhere else.

I had initially made an appointment with Vanessa upon arriving I had witnessed Dr. Thatcher being incredibly rude to his front staff in front of a few patients including myself. The turn around is incredibly evident as to why patients have a hard time with this office and making appointments. Don't waste your time folks trust me.

If you decide on this chiropractic care choose anyone but Dr. James Thatcher. Although he's capable of your care he's incredibly rude to his staff made me incredibly uncomfortable. You know a snake when you see one.

After 6 months of treatment with very little improvement after a car accident, I started treatment with Dr. Abercrombie and I have been so grateful for the care at Alliance! Everyone in the office is truly amazing and interested in how you're feeling. I also brought my daughter to see Dr. Abercrombie with a basketball injury. We had 3 ortho doctors say we should scope her knee since they didn't see anything on the MRI.

I brought her to Alliance and Dr. Abercrombie diagnosed her with an issue in her calf muscles.not her knee at all! She was feeling so much better and then.another injury, this time I didn't play around with ortho doctors, took her straight to Dr. A. I guess we could call them our family doctor!

Love Alliance Health Partners. Always so friendly, you never wait long for your appointment, and they genuinely care about you and your health. I've been going here for several years now and have never had any issues. You may have to wait to get in at first, but once your in, they do all they can to get you in quickly. Love this group and highly reccomend them.

After being in a auto accident I was sent here to see Dr. O for chiropractic and then I saw Olivia for physical therapy. I have got to say from the women in the front office to every single staff member they are simply amazing. They help schedule even on a drop of an dime, the medical assistants are happy and up beat. Dr. O himself is the best chiropractor I've never met. He is hands on, knowledgeable & explains everything in great detail. I thank everyone here for helping me get back to where I was before the accident!

I had started seeing Dr. Thatcher for an accident. During that time Dr. Thatcher was able to get me back to work. The Doctor and his staff are the "BEST" people to deal with. That are very caring. After my accident I kept going to Thatcher chiropractic and paying out of pocket to keep seeing him because he gets results and cares about his patients.

At first I'll admit that I was frustrated I had to come back because I had to fill out all the paperwork on my first appointment instead of seeing the doctor. Which I'll caution anyone that new patient posteriori is 15 to 18 pages. Dr. Oliphant, however, is a very humble and funny guy. He's young but very knowledgeable. It's different to have a doctor closer to my age that I can better relate to. Front desk staff are nice too.

I have been going to Dr. Thatcher for years and will not go to anyone else. He is very good and stays up to date with his knowledge. The staff is also wonderful to work with!
