Nawei's Acupuncture Clinic was founded in 1999 by Dr. Nawei Jiang, one of our Senior Chinese Medicine practitioners, who originally came to Colorado from China to teach at the University of Colorado. Dr. Jiang saw a need for quality acupuncture services in the area, and fell in love with Colorado Springs, CO as a quieter alternative to the hustle and bustle of Denver.
From the moment Dr. Nawei welcomes you to her clinic, you can't help but be impressed by her warm and competent manner. In the treatment room her hands are knowing and deft, her observations and diagnosis, right on the mark. It becomes clear that this acupuncturist knows what she's doing. That's something of an understatement.
Born and raised in Kansas, Dr. Anna is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor's Degree in Cellular Biology. For her graduate education, she attended Bastyr University in Washington state, where she earned a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.

Dr. Nawai and her staff were consistently professional and efficient. I went into their clinic barely walking, suffering severe pain after being told I'd need a 12 hour surgery by an ortho and two years of intensive treatment, all to face an uncertain outcome, guaranteed decreased mobility and no guarantee about pain control. After 6 months of acupuncture, Chinese herbs and cupping, my pain is manageable and my mobility is greatly improved. I am medically trained and believe surgery has a place, but recommend, before pursuing such a seriously invasive surgery, it is worth trying an alternative.

Yesterday I had my first appointment with Dr. Nawei and I had the best experience ever. She listened to what I had to say and did acupuncture in all the right areas. I also got a custom Chinese herb to help with the issues I'm experiencing. I look forward to seeing her again and can wait to see how this helps me improve!

The acupuncture is fantastic. Nawei is the best! Both doctors are gentle with the needles. The treatments are effective. They're always on time. I only gave 4 stars because the treatment room walls are thin. Every word spoken in the other room is heard. Sound machines in the hallways or in room would help a lot.

Dr. Jiang is very experienced in Chinese medicine. Her herb proscribed for me got rid of Painful boil I experienced in 4 days which could not get rid of by three course antibiotics. Boil came back within in a week after stopping antibiotics. After taking her herb, my boil did not come back. It is just about one year now. I highly recommend Dr. Jiang for anyone who wants to reduce pain and suffering.

From the very first treatment I have been feeling a difference. I have more energy, not as much swelling in my legs. My digestive system is more regular. Even my friends and colleagues are noticing. I've only had three treatments. And the herbs are wonderful I could have them in an IV drip. They calm me and help me be more centered. My job can be stressful.
So hense the IV drip. I highly recommend seeing these wonderful doctors and the staff is very nice. Why be on a pill that will eventually kill you and all it does is give you other symptoms. Come to Doctor Newei to get your old self back.

Dr. Nawei and Dr. Ana are both amazing! They listen to what's going on and keep great notes so they can track your healing progress. Not only are they both extremely knowledgeable, but work hard to keep up on new medical research and aren't afraid to look into special cases. My husband I both see them for long-term covid, chronic muscular skeletal dysfunction, hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, and a list of other various ailments. I would highly recommend them for whatever ails you.

Dr. Nawei ans Dr. Anna are fabulous miracle workers over the years. Yesterday my wife couldn't sleep for 2 days coming off of a 15 year prescription drug withdrawal. They gave her 12 hour sleep last night and their herb script calmed her anxiety down from going back on the nasty drug. praise the Lord for these 2 doctors and Misty who makes it happen. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. The staff is caring and yet professional. I suffered thru months of neck pain before they were recommended to me. My GP prescribed pain pills, muscle relaxers, heat, recommended rest, massage. Nothing helped. By my second visit to Nawei's I was feeling remarkable better. I now go in as needed just for maintenance.

I enjoy going to see Misty and Dr. Anna every saturday! I feel it's cut my recovery time in half and been a huge stress reliever for me.
