Let's celebrate the Full Moon together! Full Moons offer energy for letting go. We set intentions to forgive and release. Then, you will relax into the healing vibrations of a full, orchestral sound bath featuring crystal bowls, chimes, drums and a symphonic gong. While experiencing the vibrational flow of these soothing sounds, your mind and body will melt into relaxation as your breath deepens and slows.
Aubrey Bird: Aubrey began her yoga journey in 2014. Her first classes were right here at Rosemary Court! After a couple of years spent casually developing her flow, Aubrey began to dedicate more discipline to her practice in 2016. Turning that practice into a passion, the timing was right for Aubrey to go full force into yoga teacher training with her first two teachers, our own Jamie and Stephanie.
Take your practice deeper through a session catered to you and your needs with one of Rosemary Court Yoga's nurturing and experienced teachers. Your instructor will provide personal attention to alignment, offering assists and adjustments. Perfect for the beginner and the more experienced student. Or, make it a yoga party with friends!

I am so happy I took Jamie's hatha yoga class here. She was encouraging and so friendly but did not over-talk. Perfect balance. The class was challenging but not painfully so. I loved the class and will definitely sign up again next time I am in Sarasota. Why not 5 stars? The studio is between the Salvation Army and Planned Parenthood. A large number of homeless people were hanging out in front of the Salvation Army on one side, and on the other, intimidating and aggressive picketers who have nothing better to do than harass people were in front of Planned Parenthood. A bit disconcerting, but the yoga studio does have a parking lot so I wasn't concerned about my car or safety.

I came here for ashtanga classes which can be very difficult to find, and I've done a few other types there as well. I was overjoyed by my experience. The instructors are wonderful and very talented. The studio is intimate, welcoming, supportive, and unpretentious. All levels are welcome and encouraged. I will be taking classes here for a long time to come.

Thank you yelp for allowing me to find this beautiful oasis of a yoga studio. Our class was in one of a group of older homes situated around a beautiful courtyard. The teacher was as fantastic as the space. Her om shanti singing at the end was like a beautiful lullaby. This class made my work trip very enjoyable. I hope I get a chance to return to Sarasota and attend another class at Rosemary Court yoga

After a two month search we discovered our yoga home at Rosemary Court Yoga! It was just a 'wow' experience from our first drop-in class (Vinyasa with Laura). The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Instruction is clear, well thought out and totally nonjudgmental. The Ashtanga classes led by Liana are amazing and powerful. Liana's warmth and gentle encouragement is present throughout class.
She clearly demonstrates variations of movements if some are unavailable to you. The Vinyasa class by Stephanie just flows, and while the class was jammed, Stephanie constantly moved throughout the class noting postures, also with a wonderful hands on approach. The energy of each class, between the other yogis and the well trained, positive instructors, make for a physically demanding (our preference) and beautifully flowing yoga practice.
We finally found the perfect match for our practice. You would not be disappointed. The location is in a peaceful garden oasis in the Rosemary District with parking attached. There is a nice daily schedule of classes for all levels and it is the most reasonably priced of all the studios visited.

Nestled in a courtyard filled with native plants and surrounded by old historic Florida homes, coming here feels like stepping back into old Florida. The owners are super kind and clearly operating this collection of businesses and homes from the heart. And, the yoga classes are top notch. I especially love the Ashtanga class taught by Liana, and hatha taught by Stephanie and Jamie.
I walk out feeling like I've had a massage, been to the gym, and had a massage all rolled into one. And, this is the BEST place to make new, interesting friends in Sarasota.

The varied class offerings that appeared on Rosemary Court Yoga's schedule drew me to stop by and take a class. I took the Thursday 8:15am Iyengar level 1 class with Susan. I was greeted by her wonderful smile. Susan has taken yoga since the 80s but has been teaching since the early 2000s. The class size was just right with less than 10 people. Susan made sure with her auditory instruction and some touch that each individual was in the perfect pose for their body.
The class was more about the pranayama (breath) that a rapid flow of going from one pose to another which was a nice change from my usual practice. What makes this studio unique over most studios is the varied class formats, to name a few: Ashtanga, Kundalini, Vinyasa, Manisha, Power yoga, Prenatal, mom and baby, Gentle. There's a class for every body.
