Prana Yoga And Healing Center Prana Yoga and Healing Center (Prana/PYHC) focuses on alignment-based Yoga in the Hatha and Kundalini Traditions. Our emphasis is on education for the healing aspects of yoga not only physically but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We offer various classes and in-depth teacher training in Asana (postures and kriyas) that include pranayama (breath awareness) meditation and mantra (chants/songs).

PYHC is a powerful place to experience alternative well-rounded approaches to health and well-being in sound immersion, energy healing, mudra, mantra, and aromatherapy.

Prana Yoga is a well loved yoga studio in Sarasota. They host local Kirtan musicians with a vegetarian potluck at the beginning of every month. Every so often they host other Kirtan musicians from out of town. Tonight was the wonderful Wynne Paris and Eluvv.

Absolutely awesome place! A must see & do for an avid yogi. Regina combines her knowledge of the human body (as top RN) and extensive knowledge of yoga to educate and give in-depth insight into postures and poses. Similar to how Deepak combines his medical background with spirituality to achieve a deep understanding of meditation - Regina does this with yoga! I go to Prana Yoga every time I am in Sarasota!
