If I could give 10 stars to Dr. Taylor Rabbetz and all of the extremely knowledgeable professionals at Chiro Med I would! Dr. Rabbetz is not your typical chiropractor doctor who will have you come in for a series of appointments without addressing the true symptoms of your pain. He is also not afraid to refer you out if he thinks your condition is more severe.

I also love that he has a serious background in sports medicine and while he works with everyone he is definitely also really good at working with elite athletes. He helped me when I was struggling with severe migraine pain, and he has helped me over the years with all my crazy weekend warrior injuries. I cannot imagine another person who is more compassionate and truly understands the human body more so if your are thinking about going in for a visit you have found the right person! I recently started going for PT and have had the most amazing experience. Charlene, my PT, is awesome! She's knowledgeable, attentive, and intuitive. From the front desk to the checkout I've had a really positive experience.

Their appointment person gave me wrong information and made me waste my morning heading there. If you are working in the area on the day of your appointment I would totally recommend going there. But if you are EXCLUSIVELY going downtown for an appointment I would recommend going elsewhere as the front desk person is giving false information and you might end up wasting your money and time having to Uber there.

I was recommended Dr. Rabbetz by many healthcare experts and patients who spoke highly of him. Many prefer him than their own general practitioner! I continued to go to him for my neck, torn achilles, and now for physical therapy from a recent hardware removal surgery and it's a great place to tackle all my concerns. The staff is very accommodating and helpful and the new PhysiApp is a plus for sure! Be prompt for your appointments and be sure to check the address as there is 2 locations within a retail block.

Although they have chiropractors, medical doctors, and physical therapy it seemed like each one is a different company. There was no treatment plan and return calls are almost non-existent. There was no short term pain management offered, they wanted to do a epidural but the insurance would not approve. They dropped the movement on the epidural and all this time I am getting worse. No conversations, no game plan, nothing. I would never refer them or return.

I love this practice. They have ALWAYS solved my back issues, and the service is off the chart great.

Called me two minutes past my appointment time and said "could you hurry? You're late." This was my first appointment and I was having difficulty finding the storefront because their text alert didn't specify what level it was on. So, I'm good thanks.
