Great place I am a disabled veteran and I have been in pain for so many years. This is the first thing that has given me any type of relief. I am able to do more with my family and play with my son so much more. Thank you for helping me see a light at the end of the tunnel and showing me that there is hope of a better more active life.

I was referred to this clinic from the VA community care program. I had not experienced this therapy yet in my journey of pain management. I had been assigned Mr. Liu and he has been great to work with. When we first started my therapy, he was open and transparent about the process/procedure which helped with my expectations of what I would experience.

We talked about my issues and a treatment plan that we would pursue. He set the foundation for productive and helpful therapy sessions. My experience in the therapy has been gradual, both in the "intensity" of the treatment and the relief I experienced after a session. This is by design and the progressive nature in the treatment is needed as Mr. Liu continues to learn my body's individual responses and tailor the treatment to what is needed when life throws curveballs into my pain management.

When we first started, I could feel some relief after a session. Now that Mr. Liu has "mapped" my body's responses and individual needs for treatment, next day relief after a session is incredible! I feel amazing relief with restored range of motion and the pain level associated with doing certain tasks decreases. Another huge factor in my experience has been the front desk.

She is very polite and professional with great attitude to greet you when you walk in to get checked in. She is helpful in getting you squared away before the appointment and for scheduling future appointments. You can tell other patients here enjoy her help as well because the conversations are very personable, I have seen one or two stick around after their appointment continuing their conversation to catch up.

All in all, this is the place to go. I knew nothing about the therapy, I would say I was more excited to try it than nervous. However, if you are nervous or unsure about this treatment, this is the clinic for you. The providers are more than willing to explain and introduce you to this therapy and the rest of the team (such as the front desk) create an environment where you feel you are in the right hands. This lets you focus on the session at hand to relax and enjoy the relief you came here for. This team/clinic will be a mainstay to my pain management resources/toolkit.

Me and my husband been trying to get pregnant for several years now, without any luck. I found Dr. Lei Liu about three months ago, I had knee injury. He help me to recover completely and we got pregnant! I can't thank him enough!

I highly recommend G&L Acupuncture. The staff is kind, knowledgeable and very supportive. Isabelle has done a fantastic job in using acupuncture to help reduce my PVC type heart arrhythmia as well as related medication-induced anxiety and insomnia. Her treatments also helped me gently withdraw from some temporary medication that has known intense withdrawal side effects.

I am very impressed with the entire staff at G&L and the effectiveness of acupuncture in helping improve my recent health issues which western medicine was struggling to address.

I could go on and on about how knowledgeable, professional, kind and empathetic Lei Liu at G & L Acupuncture is. All of that is so true! But what ultimately matters to me is results! Lei has virtually eliminated a headache I've had for many, many months stemming from chronic pain. G&L Acupuncturists and staff are amazing. I've been seeing Joy and she is exceptional. Constantly striving to aid with my conditions and teaching me lifestyle approaches as well. Danielle has been amazing as she has used cupping, acupuncture and massage therapy to eliminate the pain in my shoulders and improve my energy levels. She has spent time educating me in how acupuncture and cupping work and I appreciate having gained the additional knowledge.

Sarah treats me for various aches and pains. One day I mentioned how annoying it is to suffer from vertigo. Sarah suggested that acupuncture could help. Next day, out walking along the river path, I realized that I was looking around and up into the trees without any sign of dizziness. I continue to improve after only a couple of treatments. Lei Liu has bee treating me for just over a month. I have had issues with sleep and the treatments are beginning to help. In addition the tension in my neck is lessening. I appreciate his knowledge and skill

I have been treated by Sarah Wickstrom since August 2017. I had a stroke in December 2016 and Sara saved me from my left (weak side) hip pain. My doctors say that the weakness due to stroke caused my arthritis to flame up, but Sarah helped me and the pain is gone. The lucky thing is that the Care Oregon insurance does not have any limits on acupuncture and you miss the wonderful result of these treatments if you don't take advantage of it. G&L acupuncture is authorized to take Care Oregon patients.
