I've been teaching here since 2015, and I absolutely love Yoga Now. It's focused on relaxation, breathing, Ayurveda, and meditation. Not an exercise class. Susi Amendola opened Yoga Now in 1983, so it's the longest running yoga center in Nebraska. Susi is amazing and the center feels so comfortable and relaxing.

Yoga Now is an amazing place for self care. I have attended several different sessions and have found healing in every one. One time it was a safe place to give my thoughts a rest. Another time I was able to open my heart and mind. Every time I feel safe and confident that the instructor will have my best interest in mind. Thank you for being so great Yoga Now instructors.

I love everything about this studio. So much so, that I volunteer my time at the studio as a karma yogi. The teachers and classes are amazing! I went through yoga teacher training in 2012-13 and it reshaped so many aspects of my life for the better, health being the big one. Additionally, I love being able to dive into more education opportunities that the studio offers, such as learning about the yoga sutras or Ayurveda.

Friendly instructors, very knowledgeable, both starter classes and challenging, neighborhood involvement, clean colorful space that is very relaxing, finally - reasonable prices. I recommended it to my sister even though she is whole state away. There is no judgement for skill level or ability. Mantra do what you can. Don't do if it is painful.
