I bought a Groupon and I was trying for weeks to schedule an appointment w Rodrick AT MASSAGE ASSOCIATES and I could never get anywhere. I could never get a set answer on my available options to come in and get a massage then when I asked him about times that worked for me I never got a straight answer. I am a very organized person and this was the worst scheduling organization I have ever seen and really this should not be so complicated.
Now it feels just awkward so I've been trying to get my $$$ back from Groupon now and I wish I would of went w the other Groupon option at that time which is now unavailable. My Response to owner comment: No, I will not remove my review as this massage therapist is affiliated w Massage Associates. Perhaps have more reliable people representing your "brand name."

I also have a groupon that I got as a Christmas gift and I'm experiencing the same scheduling problem. My coupon says it's a message with Roderick at this location same phone number and address. I left a message and he did return my call but now I can't seem to reach no one during the business hours indicated on the website. I need answers! Seems like fraudulent behavior

I booked an appointment online through Schedule city. I realized right away that I made it by mistake, and followed the instructions online to cancel by calling the provider of service. I told her I had chosen the wrong service and I would handle rescheduling a different service. She said no problem, it hasn't shown up yet, but she would handle it.
When I still got charged I asked why. I got the run around from the owner and a bunch of lies and made up stories that she thought I rescheduled that service. When I specifically told her on the phone that the service I had accidentally chose was NOT something I wanted. She never refunded they money after several messages back and forth. Worst customer service I have experienced in years.
