Yoga In The Pearl A nice counterpoint to our busy lives, Restorative yoga or "conscious relaxation" is a practice which allows your mind and body a chance to rest, reset and recharge. The poses require little to no effort while many are supported by props, first stimulating the body then restoring your entire being back to a more balanced functioning state. Meditation woven into the practice challenges the mind to let go, furthering a state of rest and relaxation.

Begin with a swift warm up and get ready to build heat from the inside out, get sweaty with it, connect the mind and body through breath and learn how to breathe through ANYTHING.

Practice 1-on-1 with your favorite Yoga Pearl teacher. Great for beginners starting their practice, advanced yogis looking to deepen their practice and everyone in between.
To provide a space for individuals at any place in their path to explore the impact that movement and breath can have on personal growth, inner and outer strength, and the deep work of self-love. Yoga Pearl is dedicated to providing a space of education and exploration for our community. Here you can find classes of many styles, from yin to deeply challenging Power Vinyasa classes. Our teachers are experts in their field and we ask them to teach only what is connected to the truth and passion of their own practice.
Join Valerie in the studio for nurturing Restorative Yoga and a Sound Bath to honor this month's Full Moon. Slip into deep relaxation and enjoy the healing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and sacred instruments. Come with a friend or partner and enjoy giving and receiving healing touch through Thai bodywork and therapeutic partner stretches.

Yoga Pearl is one of my very favorite yoga studios. There are always a variety of classes and events to deepen the practice of yoga/mindfulness/healthy living. The teachers are amazing and do a great job of offering modifications and speaking to relevant themes during class. Alia is absolutely wonderful. I really feel her commitment to cultivating community and evolving the space to meet the needs of it's yogis. I can't recommend YP highly enough!

Yoga Pearl is just wonderful. I started practicing here after moving to Boulder and feel as if I've always been practicing here. The studio is calm and inviting and all of the classes are great. There is a very familiar feel to being in the studio and all of the instructors are as happy to be there as the attendees. I've also had such nice interactions with everyone who works there. I really can't say enough nice things.

Emailed Yoga Pearl for a private class for a business retreat. Alyse was fantastic and made the reservation process easy. Alia our instructor took us through a Yin practice that was calming and relaxing which is also a perfect way to describe Alia herself. The studio was pristinely clean, yoga mats and equipment were in great condition. Would highly recommend.

Lots of options for your practice from relaxing Restorative Yoga for nervous system regulation to Vinyasa flows that will get your heart pumping and get you out of your head. Yoga Pearl has classes to meet whatever your needs may be. I also highly recommend the variety of workshops they host! Teachers are authentic and attentive. I've been with them since the rebrand from Amana Yoga to Yoga Pearl and I'm very grateful to be a part of this community.

I came back to yoga after the pandemic at Yoga Pearl and it was such a welcoming space to come back to my practice. The community is so special here- the instructors and staff are very welcoming, approachable and it seems like the sweetest people are attracted to this special space. I absolutely love the sound bath classes, restorative classes and strong/slow flow classes.

You really can't go wrong! And- the biggest shout out for the tea they stock in the lobby area. Grabbing a warm cup of tea before or after class is such a treat and not something I've experienced at other studios :

I love this yoga studio! Everyone is so friendly and there's a great community atmosphere. The yoga instructors are kind and there is a great range of slow to more intense / power classes offered. I love Tara's classes, and honestly haven't been to a class with any instructor I didn't like. They offer lots of creative workshops, sound baths, and even new year and seasonally oriented classes. It took me a long time in Boulder to find this studio and I'm so glad that I did!

Everyone I have met has been so unbelievably nice! I'm just starting doing yoga and everyone has helped me dive into the culture in such an enjoyable manner. The direction they take with yoga is so great for connecting the mind with the body while loosening the joints and engaging in physical activity. They offer student discounts to students to try to encourage younger people in yoga. Everything about this place rocks :

My go-to studio. I've been to a lottt of yoga studios in my day, but Yoga Pearl is my absolute favorite and the best in Boulder. The ambience is welcoming and grounding. They have free tea and yoga mats available. Alia, the owner, runs the studio with heart-felt intention. Paying special attention to making the studio super welcoming to all. And the teachers are incredible. Any class with Kurt or Tara is amazing. I highly recommend.

I love this studio! The teachers are super knowledgeable and kind and it's a lovely space. There's a wide variety of classes to choose from as well as workshops and events. I definitely recommend checking it out. And if you're up early, Kurt's 6:30 am class is my fave!
