A complete waste of my time! An hour past my scheduled time I met the Chiropractor, who seemed discompassionate and reluctant to help me. Doctor was additionally rude and difficult to understand. In Not only will I not return, I do not recommend. * Not all of your other reviews are good as you claim in your response!

I went to this clinic for a Weightloss procedure however that didn't workout due to my health condition. I discovered via a complementary X-ray Dr. Park suggested that I have scoliosis and would need to get on a treatment plan immediately to relieve the pain I felt in my back. I love everyone in there, the ladies and Christine especially have been wonderful!

And Dr. Park who I strongly recommend to anyone has been exceptional, he's very patient, kind and professional. Whenever I get adjusted it's always been amazing and my back pain is gone. I sleep better and I'm excited to see the amazing progress I make after treatment.

I retuned to Spector with back pain so intense I could not stand up straight, walk normally, or go from sitting or laying to standing without severe sharp pain. I was ready to go to the ER the pain was so bad. My adjustment from Dr. Park brought immediate reduction in pain. I am able to stand up straight and walk with WAY less pain than before I came in. What a relief. The staff at Spector are all very friendly and professional. The initial consult is very thorough and educational. I highly recommend Spector.

From the moment you walk into the Spector office to the time you leave you are met with kind courteous service. There is never a long wait for service. The techs get you in and out and the doctors definitely have your back, pun intended! Overall it's a great experience.

Everyone that I've had the pleasure of meeting at some point Nhung. Katie. Kristin. Sarah and Jen are always professional. Also Dr. Park and Dr. J. have worked well on my back and both also have a great bedside manor. It's been going well!

First time visiting this medical practice. The staff were courteous, professional and kind. The lady at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. As someone who has worked in healthcare for many years, I was impressed with the quality of care and treatment.

My treatment is going so well and I'm seeing results and release from the pain(s) I was experiencing in my neck, lower back and hips. During my treatment it did get a little uncomfortable as my neck and back; after years of poor posture and no care or maintenance, was not used to being moved or adjusted so that was expected. But all and all my spine is straightening which is AWESOME as expected and I'm pleased all the way around with Spector Chiropractic Care!

The entire staff is absolutely amazing, everyone is friendly and respectful. The girls at the front are quick to respond with calls questions and even texts from the scheduling chat. The doctors are great and always show individual care and attention no matter how busy they get. I've been going for a few weeks now and I am definitely noticing a difference in the pain management, they had lots of great tips for how to manage it outside of my appointments as well. Highly recommend going here

Wonderful experienced staff. Clean comfortable environment. The program top notch. My back and neck has never felt better. Trust the process and the program. You will see real improvement in you daily life activities without pain!

Customer service was awesome.from the greeting to the initial consultation.the young lady that helped me. I believe her name is "Paris" made me feel very comfortable and she answered all any questions I had. Also i didn't have to wait long to be seen.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was thorough and very friendly. My visit was great and I felt better after just a general adjustment. If I lived closer I would come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a chiropractor.

A friend of mine recommended I see a chiropractor after I'd mentioned experiencing pain from a serious fall in September. Unfortunately, the treatment plan I received only made my pain worse. I came in for my lower back and shoulder but Dr. Mike wanted to focus on my neck which was slightly forward. I trusted his expertise but when I asked about treating the other areas I came in for I never got much of a response.

I would complain that the neck harness with weights was extremely uncomfortable but the tech Kristen insisted "it was worth it". After about two months I could no longer take it. I ended my treatment with persistent neck pain and terrible migraines. Both of which were not issues before. I'd spoken to Dr. J upon ending my treatment who said she would issue a refund.

Out of the $2850 I paid upfront I only received $129. And a payment of $59 was withdrawn from a separate account after I ended my treatment. I have made several attempts to receive an appropriate refund but I believe my calls and messages are being ignored. Before the refund was issued Dr. J was quick to follow up but now when I call she's always busy and she never calls me back.

I have since seen a neurologist who informed me the treatment I received from Spector agitated the nerves in my neck which is what is causing the migraines. I'm having trouble sleeping, working at my desk, or just keeping my head up from time to time without experiencing pain. I will be seeking legal counsel within the next week if I do not receive an appropriate refund for the pain and suffering I am experiencing due to their negligence. It appears they give the same treatment plan to almost every patient regardless of the issue. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

I came in with tears of severe back pain. Not able to really play with my children or do the fun things I like like dancing. My first treatment changed my life. I had a wonderful night sleep and was in no pain the next morning. They changed my life and gave me hope that I would be back to normal soon. I could not thank them enough for the work they are doing in correcting the damage that has been done to my spine. I look forward to the progress that will be coming. The staff are so kind and just a joy to be around.

The staff in this office is so polite, professional, and welcoming and the treatment they are providing has me feeling like a new person. The pain in my problem areas is virtually gone.
