But, now it is time for me to retire and have Dr. Michael Nocito take over patient care at the practice. Dr. Nocito will be in the same location that you are familiar with.

Chiropractic care is like building a house - certain things have to happen in a particular order in order for everything to stand strong and work correctly. When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem. The same is true for your body. Your body has to go through a particular plan of care in order to repair itself correctly and fully.
Most people are under the assumption that if they don't feel any pain that there is nothing wrong with them - that they are healthy. Unfortunately, pain is a very poor indicator of health. In fact, pain and other symptoms frequently only appear after a disease or other condition has become advanced.

Usually just go for routine maintenance. The last time I went Dr. Ripley asked if I was having any problems and I answered no as I always do. Except this time I actually was having pain in my lower back. After feeling around before he started he could tell right away that there was something out of line causing me pain. WITHOUT ME TELLING HIM. After a couple more visits the pain was completely gone. Will definitely go back if I have any issues.

This is the chiropractor other chiropractors go to. There is none better: no fuss, no unnecessary x-rays or other procedures whose main or only purpose is to add to your bill. Just effective, expert manipulation. I've always felt better coming out of his office than going in. And I'm amazed that this is the first review of this excellent doctor. -MvP West Chester PA
