I have met with Ben Briggs a few times to discuss bio-identical hormone therapy and he has been extremely helpful. He has an extensive understanding of the endocrine system and how various hormones interact with each other. He listens carefully and addresses any concerns. Everyone at a Lionville Pharmacy is very helpful and friendly.

Great place to go if you are looking for solid science based advice and products to live a better life.

I wish I would have came here sooner. I wasn't sure of what to expect, but after the last year, Mike has been extremely helpful and attentive to my health ambitions and goals. Mike is great listener, takes notes and is open to hearing questions and dispel internet myths of holistic care and is more than able to back up his answers with scientific data if necessary.

I trust Lionville Pharmacy 100% with the supplement recommendations based out of my individual consultations with Mike and developing a plan to deal with the effects of my chronic Lyme. They do their own compounding here, hard to beat that type of individual flexibility in fine tuning the right supplement intake when adjustments need to be made. Thnx Mike and staff of Lionville Pharmacy for great service and products.

I am not a fan of taking drugs. Whenever I have a problem I go to Lionville first. The know their stuff. There aren't too many health issues they cannot help with. I have been going there for years. I am 62 and I just climbed Devils tower with my son if that tells you anything

Called for Saturday hours, told until 5, left home during pandemic lockdown, drove all the way there, CLOSED.it was 3:30. This was the second inconvenient, unprofessional letdown from this place.

It was by chance I stopped by this store on a Saturday. I was looking for HCl pepsin. One friendly staff helped me. He could not find HCl pepsin, so he found some similar product (Bio-Gest). I was in acid-reflux pain, but still I was not sure if I should buy the product. The person went ahead and prepared a small vial with 10 tablets which should cover my weekend if it works. He told me to give it a try and then decide to buy or not. Such a kind gesture saved my weekend! I can't wait to go purchase the product on Monday.

I love the attention everyone here pays to the customers. I've walked in when it is busy or the end of the night and they are just as happy to see you. To be able to walk-in and receive individualized consultation and advice by an educated & experienced team and Pharmacists, is a huge advantage. They have helped our need greatly to explore additional remedies. Prices are fair and don't forget about all of the food options they offer. This may be our favorite part. Lionville Natural Pharmacy has now become our go-to for health food market place.

The employees who were working when I called prior to shopping, do not have any knowledge about the products and are careless in there description as to what was relayed to me via the phone conversation. I would strongly suggest that customers research the products that interest them. Especially when purchasing pain relieving treatments!

I purchased what I thought was pain relief oil and in fact was told the product is for pain relief and that the difference between this product and another is that the product I purchased was not as strong. In fact the product I purchased is for skin hydration and has no pain relieving qualities at all. I cannot understand the complete reckless disregard these employees displayed especially when they knew it was a serious matter regarding pain.

I have been a customer of this establishment for 30 years. The owner and his son are knowledgeable well informed hard working men. I had complete faith I would experience informative honest exchange with whoever is working. The level of disappointment is crushing. The seriousness of the events that occurred are unforgivable. I will never return.

My new doc recommended the Lionville Natural Pharmacy! I have my meds compounded here. They're very welcoming when you walk into the store and my script is always ready on arrival. I could browse for hours with all the goodies they have in store. Thank you, Lionville Natural Pharmacy!

You can trust the quality of their natural products, whereas the supplements field is unregulated. They teach Doctors how to use natural products with Allopathic medications. They are a local small business and not a chain. i send alot of people with serious concerns to Lionville Natural Pharmacy.

Probably some of the best service I have received from anywhere in a long time. The employees know what they're doing, and the store always looks exceptionally nice, especially in their new location! I always feel welcome, and have always gotten the best advice from the knowledgable pharmacists.

I reached out to them about a health issue I am struggling with that is not responding to traditional medication. After reading the information on their website I was optimistic that they might be able to help me. The website has consultation form you can fill out and submit to the pharmacy for their evaluation. I provided additional information along withe the consultation form and included my long list of medications and supplements and emailed it to them as directed.

It turns out I completely wasted my time because they made the decision to ignore me. I followed up by leaving 2 voicemails and they were ignored as well. They pose as an alternative health care provider but they are nothing more than a vitamin shop. Their prices are much higher than online.

Great compounding pharmacy - owner has always been very nice so I don't know why someone thought he wasn't. Very professional and knows what he's talking about - new pharmacy looks great btw

(3.5) ~ Good overall selection of Healthy Foods & Vitamins. My only complaint is the aisles are too narrow.

Needed a compounding pharmacy when my daughter was unable to take her medicine post surgery due to nausea. My physician sent us here and it was wonderful. They compounded her medicine very quickly, were friendly and helpful, and quick to get us in and out with a sick child. Have returned many times since and really appreciate the staff and thier helpfulness.

It's a shame too because I love to support local businesses, however, with the over priced merchandise and the crotchety old owner, I just can't do it any longer. Save yourself the aggravation and shop on line. Lucky Vitamin, Vitacost, and even Amazon have it all and at better prices.and no grumpy grumps with zero ability for customer service.
