On day one of your care we will focus on understanding your health challenges, and your health goals. We will walk you through an in-depth intake which includes a health history, an interview with one of our practitioners, and a complete exam to help us understand your health journey and how we can help.
Health First Chiropractic has created a pricing structure to allow as many people as possible to receive the benefits of chiropractic care. We participate in the following programs as a preferred provider: Medicare, Premera Blue Cross, and Labor & Industries. We also accept auto accidents and worker's compensation cases.

I've been visiting Health First since February after experiencing neck, shoulder, and back problems resulting from a car crash. Dr. Santos conducted a thorough evaluation and convincingly explained her results and conclusions in uncomplicated terms. She designed a plan to address my issues which consisted primarily of chiropractic sessions with her and ligament therapy with Stephen Wadsworth.
All of the staff at Health First are knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly. As a consequence of my treatment, I'm hopeful for a full recovery and I'm armed with tools to proactively address potential issues going forward. I highly recommend Health First Chiropractic.

I really liked that before starting any treatment Dr. Santos does an x-ray, and a lot of different tests, then the doctor analyzes the situation, explained me precisely what's going on with my body and only after that sets the vertebrae. Everyone in this clinic is very attentive, kind, caring and good professional. The clinic is very cozy, the atmosphere is relaxed with great music. A huge kudo for Dr. Santos! She has done wonders for my neck and shoulder pain by using a technique that focuses on very specific and minimally invasive adjustments. I particularly appreciate her very thoughtful approach and all the information she provides along the way. I feel like I have a partner focused on helping me optimize my overall well-being. Dr. Santos and her team are simply awesome. Her style of chiropractic medicine has transformed me. I'm fitter, healthier, more aligned, and more pain-free than since I was a child. On top of the excellent care, the office itself is very nice and comfortable. I could sip a coffee and read books there for hours if they'd let me. All in all, highly recommend.

SCAM ALERT! I was treated by "Dr." Santos after doing research online. I saw the price listed on the website is $220 for the first visit and everything else is $77 after that. She tried to charge us $570 for the first visit saying that the X-rays aren't included. We called her out on this and she said she would talk to her "boss" to reduce it to the normal price.
She even offered to adjust me for free after she analyzed the x-rays and mentioned we will talk finances on my next visit. So on my third and last visit she explained my x-rays then proceeded to say the visit would be another $270. If you are desperate and in pain please go somewhere else the only thing this place can adjust is your bank account.

I have been receiving chiropractic treatment from Dr Lenarz for an inner ear problem that I had struggled with for years. I was diagnosed with meniere's disorder after ENT consultations and hearing tests, CT scans etc. I received the diagnosis but no treatment plan other than medications for vertigo. After living with debilitating vertigo I researched various options for treatment and read about the Blair technique.
I made an appointment with Dr. Lenarz and after his assessment received adjustments that literally changed my life. I now require adjustments occasionally and have lived 5 years with no episodes of vertigo. Dr Lenarz is caring, professional and as I said previously he changed my life.

I have had neck and shoulder problems from routine desk work that was left unchecked for many years. The staff at Health First was so kind and walked me through their thought process and were patient to show me thorough results of the tests conducted to help diagnose my issue. After a few adjustments, I genuinely feel a world of difference and wish I had known that I could've had this corrected a long time ago. Highly recommended to anyone with shoulder or neck pain, or anyone at all!

My adjustment is lasting longer than I have ever experienced! The combo of upper cervical and cranial sacral treatments is fantastic. I cannot say enough about Health 1st staff and practitioners. The warmth, humor and skill sets of everyone who work here are truly excellent. I am picky and have received decades of treatment for a car accident that I as in 46 years ago. Glad I didn't give up and kept seeking help! Happy and symptom free!
