Treatment at Energetic Health begins with an individual consultation to discuss your specific health concerns and to determine an appropriate course of action tailored to your needs. During the consultation, reviewing your complete health history and making diagnoses based on the TCM model will establish how we can best help you start regaining your health.
Yes, acupuncture is incredibly safe when done by a licensed practitioner. We use only sterile very thin needles that are only used once. After the one time an acupuncture needle is used, they are disposed of as medical waste. There are strict rules and guidelines that maintain cleanliness and safety that we follow to maintain a high level of care for our patients.
When I came to you 2 years ago, a medical mess, I was seeking healing. What I got was so much more! You not only healed me, you have give me great life counsel, and shared your wisdom and humor also. Energetic Health is a true gem in St, George, Utah. Kurt is a skilled acupunturist who uses extensive knowledge of Chinese medicine, humor, and compassion to facilitate the healing process. The environment is calm and comfortable. Amy greets clients and makes sure they feel welcome. The issues I came in with are resolving and I can't thank Kurt and Amy enough for their excellent care.

My young adult daughter had her wisdom teeth out. She was NOT recovering well at all. We feared for her life. We considered taking her to the ER, but I had the prompting that what she really needed was an acupuncture treatment. I called the office and they were able to get her right in that day. Just one treatment made a significant difference. Her vitals calmed and she was able to rest well. The next days she was up walking, talking, and eating. We are eternally grateful for Kurt and Amy and their sincere desire to help us!

I've suffered from monthly migraines and daily headaches for as long as I can remember and have finally found relief thanks to Kurt. He has also treated my two teenagers for migraine and/or stomach issues with great results. I would recommend Energetic Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine to anyone looking for an excellent acupuncturist in this area. I was treated by other acupuncturists in the area, but will only be returning to Energetic Acupuncture. Amy & Kurt Redmond are kind, caring & compassionate. The office is always clean and quiet. While being treated, music, soft lighting, comfortable furniture & heat lamps relax & calm you. Kurt is very gentle, an excellent listener with a good sense of humor and very knowledgeable about acupuncture, oriental medicine & natural alternatives to medicine.
I really appreciated the in depth personal health history Kurt recorded before treating me. The conditions I have been treated for have decreased significantly & even disappeared. And finally, the cost is very reasonable for service provided.

Definitely would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for an alternative type of treatment in getting well when Doctors can't find the answers. Or as an addition to conventional medicine. Very professional, caring and compassionate service. Amy has you all organized and works with you, and Kurt gives very professional and open minded consideration to your needs around his knowledge of the ancient medicine practices.

I agree with all the other reviews wholeheartedly! Kurt and Amy provide a wonderful environment for healing in their office. They are both so welcoming and down to earth. I've had a lot of gastrointestinal issues for years, and have been to other acupuncture practices. This office has been by far the most effective. I really feel now like I'll get totally better! Kurt's passion for helping his patients is so evident in the way he listens carefully and improvises according to the situation.
He's very professional and respectful which allows me to fully relax under his care. So thankful for this great couple and their talents. Also, I think this would be a great place for someone new to acupuncture because it's such a comfortable place.
