Highly Recommend! I have been going to Elan Wellness for almost a year now. Dr T is someone who genuinely cares about people, actively listens to my concerns, and invests in my overall health and wellbeing. With his great sense of humor and vast knowledge, you leave the office with a smile on your face and feeling so much better physically. The combination of chiropractic and naturopathic care that he provides has truly been life changing!

Before seeing him, I barely had energy to just function through the day, my hormones were out of whack, and I was severely over weight, Now, I no longer have chronic migraines and headaches(almost instantly!), My back has majorly improved, I have so much energy(I never need a nap!) and I have lost over 100 lbs and still going strong! NP Joelna is an amazing addition to the team with her knowledge and compassion for her patients. Her happy energy and enthusiasm for my health and weight loss goals gives me the encouragement to keep going! Thank you both for your care and adding quality to my life!

I've seen Dr. Truhlar for naturopathic care for a decade now. The education and methods provided were life changing. Also, we always got a good laugh due to his great sense of humor (and that's good medicine too!) My thyroid was able to regain stability without the use of prescription meds, and my fertility has been fantastic. My husband and I have three healthy children. All of those fears and/or horror stories you've been told about chiropractors.yeah, it's time to let that go and get the relief you desperately are wanting! Dr. Truhlar is not your typical "chiro". He is NOT a bone cracker: "Here's a pop, there's a pop, see 'ya next time. oh, by the way, my rates are going up next month". Dr. Truhlar has been treating me regularly since 2011 and he is yet to "crack me".

He treats each person based on their individual issues, needs, & tolerances, and spends as much time with you as necessary. Which if I had to say one negative thing, it would be that you may (or may not) be waiting awhile as he works on the patient before you. Don't go when you're in a rush, and don't become impatient; one day someone will be waiting while YOU are the one receiving the attention you need.

In addition to chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Truhlar is a Board Certified Naturopathic doctor and a nutrition specialist. Over the years, I had been treated by 3 chiropractors before being blessed to have been told about Dr. Jonathan Truhlar. Finally, I find that not only trusting your doctor but actually liking them, is critical to one's success in meeting their health goals. Dr. Truhlar really does care about his patients and you will find yourself looking forward to your conversations with him as well. Now go. CALL!

Dr T has been my chiropractor and naturopath for 9 years. He first worked on my neck and back after I was rear-ended in a car accident. Two months later I was in a roll over accident on the highway. I attribute walking away with only a few scratches on my hands to the work of Dr T. My neck and back were strong while I rolled over 4-5 times at highway speed.

I struggled with candida and infertility and Dr T gave me an individualized detox program to begin the healing process, followed by monthly analysis and recommended supplements which were reviewed and tweaked, if needed, after each analysis. He was very encouraging and did not give up. My daughter is now 4 years old and such a blessing. I went for chiropractic care throughout my pregnancy and was able to be very active riding my bike up to 2 weeks before giving birth (middle of November gets pretty cold up here.). Thank you, Dr T!

The single most impactful decision I have made regarding my physical well being was choosing Dr. Truhlar for chiropractic services. Some ten years ago, I admit I was somewhat skeptical about utilizing a chiropractor. I was assured by more than one person that Dr. Truhlar is the very best at what he does. They couldn't have been more right. It's not very often you meet a care provider who has both expert knowledge combined with the most sincere sense of caring about your well-being. Go forward with confidence!

Several years ago I had some pain in my shoulder and arm that I could not control and nothing seemed to help. I went to different chiropractor that was close to me and he said it was probably a rib out and adjusted me WWF style! It made things worse! I was already seeing Dr. Truhlar for Naturopathic at the time. When I saw Dr. T he could see I was in pain and started asking questions and asked if he could check me out.

I said yes and after a few minutes he said it looks like you probably have a herniated disc in your neck, maybe C-3 or C-4. He suggested I get an MRI to be sure. The MRI confirmed exactly what he said! I was scheduled to get a steroid shot to help with the pain and that Dr. said that it is not possible to fix with chiropractic care. I started seeing Dr. T 3 times a week and within the first 2 visits I was feeling relief!

I cancelled the steroid injection and kept up with Dr. T! After the first couple of weeks, he kept backing down how often I needed to visit him and gave me things to do at home. After only about 2 months, I had ZERO pain and everything was under control! I will always live with the herniated disc and need to be aware of it, but I have had no restrictions and am able to live normally with no surgery or shots! Thanks Dr. T!

Have been seeing Dr. T since winter of 2008. The first thing that struck me was how much he cared. He takes time to listen to his patients which in turn enables the patient to learn to listen to their own bodies. He doesn't give up when other conventional doctors have thrown their hands up in the air at a loss. Dr. T is always willing to do more research on puzzling topics/issues - whereas in past experiences with other doctors, if it was an issue they hadn't heard about it basically didn't exist, no further research on their part, just end of discussion.

He is the best chiropractor for miles around (that's why we drive 50 miles one way)! He adjusted me during my pregnancy and has been adjusting our daughter since birth. We won't trust any other doctor to adjust our precious miracle. It is Dr. T that we turn to when we have any medical issue as we trust his advice and care. Our now almost 3-year old daughter knows Dr. T better than her pediatrician.

It's to Dr. T that she takes her baby dolls when they get sick :-) because she knows he can fix anything! Through Dr. T's help, we were able to have our sweet daughter after 5+ years of infertility. We are truly blessed to have crossed paths with him. Christy, at the front desk, is a great compliment to a wonderful practice. She and Dr. T are a great team and that is so important for the overall environment of the practice. We love you guys and are ever grateful! Can't recommend you enough. Blessings

It's hard to express the amazing impact Dr. Truhlar's Chiropractic and Naturopathic care have had on restoring my body to a healthy state. I am so grateful for the care I've received. The individualized care and concern for the patient's wellbeing is top notch.

Dr. T has a very well rounded approach to health/wellness. I have used him over the years for Chiropractic and Naturopathic care. He takes his time with you and explains what your issue is in great detail. I can't say how much Dr. T has helped, I would refer anyone to Elan Wellness to see Dr. T!

My father used this chiropractor for a couple of months, was then hospitalized to the point where we thought we was going to pass. We then called the office to cancel services due to his illness and hospitalization and they did not want to refund the money he paid for the "Monthly Wellness Plan" he had set up with them. Even after explaining the circumstances, they did not care and will not refund the money.

They are heartless. How was my father able to terminate his services while in the hospital?! and the least of my concerns was to cancel this service while my dad was in critical condition. They do not care about others, they were not willing to help in our situation.
