I made an appointment as a new patient, took my time to visit their office as I was having quite a bit of pain. I was told it was an hour and a half appointment. When I got there, there are no masks. I was led to a small treatment room and since the doctor did not have a mask I asked if he was vaccinated. He said no that is silly. I don't care what people do but it would've been caring it would've been kind if when I made the appointment they had said oh by the way we're not vaccinated here and we don't wear masks so if that's important to you we wanted to let you know.
Instead they said nothing. For me, it is important. I left. As stated, I was in pain, I now had to find somebody else to go to, wait days to get a new appointment somewhere else and it was just a massive waste of my time and energy. Not professional or caring, completely smug, no thanks.

Every single time I come in I leave feeling 100% better! The Dr's are Great, down to earth, friendly, are very caring & informative to your feelings/ Questions. I started bragging about how awesome this place was for pregnant people too! (myself included) and found out that everyone else around me is already established with them. Have been for years! So that just confirmed it for me.
