Dr. Hutchenson is super thorough, thoughtful and helpful. The office was on time, got my documents setup ahead of time, and has a clean and friendly vibe. I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was excellent and my upper back feels a million times better after a few short adjustments. Keep up the great work!

Dr walker is a miracle worker and all the massage therapists are great too. I always feel comfortable here which is highly appreciated.

Dr. Neil Towne is the best chiropractor in the valley. Been going to him for years and never once disappointed. Arrive in a timely manner, get seen in a timely manner. To those complaining about arriving late and needing to reschedule.chiropractic appts are usually pretty quick so if you arrive 10 mins late to your 15 slot it is not unreasonable for them to reschedule.

I scheduled an appointment Oct 28, 2021. The office told me that it would take about 6 weeks to get authorization from my INS. Come January 11th I still have not received a follow up call. I decided to take the next step and follow up to see if they had received my INS auth. The lady I spoke with told me they received it and it had already expired!

I would have to make another appt to repeat the process of my last appt on Oct. 28th. I scheduled an appt for 12:30 today. I arrived at 12:40 and they made me reschedule my appt. Keep in mind when I scheduled my appt they told me I did not have to arrive early since I had all my paperwork filled out from the previous appt. I hit almost every red light on my way to my appt. I work in healthcare and rescheduling appts for running 10 mins behind is just-inconsiderate. This clinic does absolutely NOTHING to try and accommodate their clients time.

Exceptional for massage. Ask for Chase if you like Deep tissue; he is skilled, professional, and intuitive. For the chiropractic aspect, I'd prefer they spent more time on rehabilitation and exercises. Front desk people are friendly and always on point.

I have been to many Chiropractors through the years and I have to say this by the far the worst office I have ever been to. My 1st visit, the girl at the front desk was so rude, they never told my the cash price vs if they bill my insurance and they billed my insurance way more then the cash price which brought my out of pocket way more than if I just paid cash. (And we wonder why insurance is so expensive!) Then my last massage was so horrible to.

His room was very cold, the radio was on a regular radio station with commercials (not relaxing at at all!) and it seemed as though he was racing to see how fast he can massage me in the hour session. When I brought up the billing issue it seamed nobody cared and they just shrugged it off. I since then has found a much better, more personal chiropractor that actually is helping me and not price gouging me.

I've had a few massages in my life, but the one that I got from Chance today was the best I have had. He asked what was bothering me and he quickly found the source of my pain. He got alot of the tension out of my neck, shoulders and back. 5 stars

I appreciate that they can make appts fairly quickly, sometimes the same day when needed. However, it is very frustrating to show up for an appointment early or on time and wait 30+ minutes but, when we arrive 8 mins late, we cannot be seen and must schedule a new appointment. We'll just find another chiropractor for our family's needs, one who will respect our time and provide better service.

The first visit they messed up scheduling, had wait for a hour between massage and chiropractor. After waiting 30 min for massage. Then on next visit is was 7 min late on next visit and they wouldn't see me, and still tried to charge my insurance. to top it all off, they asked, would inliem to reschedule! Obviously their time is all that matters.! I will never go back, worst customer service ever!

I am a newer patient at this establishment and had to cancel a few appointments due to my work schedule and being very sick. The staff does not have good communication between each other and patients. The supervisor called and threatend to discharge me right after a staff member re scheduled my appointment for me. If this was a problem they should have discussed it on the phone with me prior.

My chiropractor has moved to this location and is now part of the Southern Oregon Chiropractic group. He used to be the Dr. at Active Health Chiropractic. I've seen this doctor for 4 years now. He is professional, thorough and very helpful in helping me solve my back and neck issues. He has a full staff and includes massage options. I've had massages from both of his masseuse and they are both excellent.

This office is easy to find and located on the Main Street in Central Point. I highly recommend Dr Jared Dance to anyone looking for a Chiropractic office that is caring and efficient. They take many insurances and bill monthly.

Borderline scam. No one at the desk, the chiropractor, or their billing department could tell me even a ballpark of prices or anything. I went through 2 different phone numbers. And now, with my bill infront of me, I see why, 1100.00 in claims for 5-10 mins of "care" and 200 in massage "therapy". All they did was misdiagnose me and make my condition in my lower back and hip worse and then charge me for it.

I hope this review reaches people, not all chiropractors are the same, do your research don't go anywhere that doesn't offer free consultation, I don't know how this got voted best chiropractor in Southern Oregon.

I never even made it into this office for an appointment. Unfortunately, I was less than impressed with the phone mannerism/customer service when I called in. I actually had called about a month earlier to establish myself as a new patient and the gal never returned my call like she said she would. Last week I called again to get established as a new patient and just couldn't feel any warmth from the staff.

Even calling today to cancel my appointment, just no warmth from the staff. They didn't even ask why I was cancelling. Perhaps they don't care why. But based on these other reviews, maybe they should start paying attention to what people are saying. I decided to go with another office. They were able to get me in much quicker and the staff was much more congenial and welcoming on the phone than these folks were.
