For more than 26 years, Blau Family Chiropractic & Integrated Wellness has helped the Portage community "focus on what matters" regarding their health. Blau Family Chiropractic & Integrated Wellness offers events each month to help patients learn about why chiropractic care is important for them. DIY classes are held the First Monday of each Month at 5 pm and the Third Thursday of each Month at 12 noon for lunch.

Dr. Blau is great! At our last visit he my 3 month old giggled the whole time she was being adjusted!. He and his are very patient and so great. We love Jessi and everyone else there! The special family room they have is such a life save with my rowdy kids too! The floor pillows are brilliant for the babies to hang out on while mom gets adjusted too!

My husband and I both go regularly to receive adjustments. We started seeing Dr. Blau several years ago as we had noticed many limitations in our bodies flexibility and pain after a lot of physical activities. Since we have had regular adjustments we have significantly reduced the discomfort and our range of motion has greatly improved. We have stopped having adjustments for periods of time for various reasons and the notice the same old issues returning. We both just feel so much better when we have regular adjustments. I have been hesitant to give chiropractic care a shot due to past experiences providing no relief however I can say 100% that I am glad I have Blau Family Chiropractor a shot. In a short period of time I have experienced a tremendous amount of relief AND so much insight on what I can do outside of my visits to help heal and keep feeling good. My fiance Magan told me about this wonderful place. Before coming here I would bring her to her appointments and sit in the car. Until the end of July when she suggested that I should come and get check out to see if I was a candidate for care. I am so happy I was and I am trying to get my son to come due to his headaches and other issues he may have.
I had Lacy the first couple of visit and I was impressed that she was able to pop my neck and back. Now that Lacy has left I have Dr. Lance and he is adjusting me very well he listens to how I explain things about my back, tail bone, neck, hips, and shoulders. He understands and listens to all of the issues that I have. The way the staff and everyone here is amazing I am very happy I chose to come here and get the help I need.
The spot on my neck is slowly going down due to the exercise and the chairs they have in the lobby. Thank you so very much for the very best experience that I have had here. Thanks to Jess for getting all my insurance information done and get the schedule worked out around my third shift job and my schedule for all my other appointments that I may have during the week.
