It's all about you yoga really is all about you. Tatsiana is highly intuitive and tuned in to each and every student. She is knowledgable about human anatomy and the heart. She notices if an individual needs to modify a pose and assists or suggests modifications. She is creative, funny, and every class is different. Her descriptive instructions and demonstration guide your practice.
In the restorative class she starts with requesting areas of focus such as hip or neck and adds positive affirmations, meditation ideas, and essential oils that makes her classes a full sensory experience. By far the best yoga instructor I've ever had.

I have had the pleasure of staying near Baraboo for the month of July for the past two years, and a favorite part of my stay is the opportunity to attend classes with Tatsiana! I love the variety that she brings to the classes. She carefully teaches specifics of different poses, her cues are spot on, and she leads a wide variety of poses, so that every time I go, I learn something new. I also really love the aromatherapy during savasana. I'm already looking forward to next year!
