I was told by a friend to try this place what a disappointment waited 2 hours to be seen by a rude therapist who was terrible she later apologize saying she had long night gave me her personal card telling me to make a appointment with her after hours in the clinic or in the mornings at her house. I was totally disguited with these people zero stars

Always welcoming, friendly and great customer service from all staff. I always feel better when I leave my apartment. Thanks ladies I appreciate you.

This place is great. Love the service and everyone is so helpful. They make me feel so much better. My only complaint is that every appointment is always at least 1 hour long. Sometimes longer. There is a lot of waiting but I keep coming because I trust them. I just wish it could be quicker.

Super meticulous and detailed. Both Dr. Morales and the massage therapist took great care of me.

Everyone is polite and it's a very big office with many rooms. I went into for some back problems. One of my top vertebrae is slightly out of place, which I regularly must be adjusted for. I know this from a previous chiropractor, which did X-rays. When I came to Morales Chiropractic no X-rays were done, just a routine adjustment of the lower back and neck.

They had me come back every other day, for the same routine adjustment without X-rays, obviously for money. They never adjusted my upper back, which I had noted in the first time patient paper work. I think a lot of people return just because of the massage you get every appointment. Massage Therapist are great but it's not worth it.

This place is the worst. They are scammers. They say one thing and end up doing another. On top of that, they overbook and make you wait for long periods of time before being seen. I waited up to 45 minutes in the lobby and another 20 in the room before being seen. I called to book an appointment and asked if they take Blue Shield. They said yes, so I proceeded to schedule the appointment.

After what was a poor 7 minute massage and an even worse adjustment, I went to pay for my office visit. Now they tell me that they are not in network and my insurance wasn't covered. The receptionist was too lazy to pick up the phone to verify the information with my insurance company and could have easily done it in the 45 minutes I sat and waited.

The next day I called and ask for the billing information and they said that they couldn't give it to me till all of the billing was processed and paid. Obviously they dont want me to dispute the charges. Do not go this place. There are plenty of other ethical and good places you can go to. Skip this one if you value your time and/or money.

If you make an appnt. Be prepared to be seen an hr later. Whats the point of making an appnt if im not going to be seen at that exact time. i usually wait 45-60 min. Debating on just waking out right now

I have received great relief from my Acupuncture and Chiropractic treatments. All the Doctors and office personnel are polite and treat you with respect. The treatments given are explained and professionally administered. Very satisfied with my visits.

MAIN COMPLAINT: This office overbooks patients - I recently waited 40 minutes past my appointment time (not for the first time). I heard earlier daytime appointments are on time but evening appointments, be prepared to wait. It's very frustrating.

Be Careful! They may reject you even after seeing you. Dont trust them for your health. They scheduled me an appointment but when I got there they said my insurance would not cover and asked me to pay out of pocket! I called my insurance & they said they there is no problem at their end. Then they started to make other excuses to not see me and I had to leave with pain to find a honest ethical real Chiropractor.

I've only been here 2 times with my husband and we have both seen an improvement with our back pain! Dr. Caroline is amazing, professional and friendly.

Had 9 visits 2018. My first visit today 2019. Can't wait feel much better. I totally recommended this to everyone. My body appreciates the relief i have everyday. I no longer have neck @ back pain. I feel great Thank you

This clinic definitely deserves a five star plus. I went in today with severe pain in my lower back and was told that my disk had shifted after making a bad move. Doctor Carolina treated me and also provided physical therapy. It was amazing I was able to get up and walk without any help after my treatment. Great staff, strongly recommend!

These people are money hungry and will only attend to your injury if it's not car accident related otherwise they will force their lawyer on you and take %75 of what rightfully belongs to you and run with it.

If your looking for basic work to be done, then Dr. Morales is okay. A lot of his methods are basic, old school. When I was attending in the begging it was okay. I would express my concern but it wouldn't make any difference, he would do the same basic work and that's all. My only concern is he does not pay attending to major issues that need to be focus on.

The majority of the time I would just see him come in to the room to crack me and that's all. I feel he needs to pay more attending to the clients, and start using new methods.

If you are looking for an amazing chiropractor you will find her here. Dr. Carolina is amazing. You will not find another like her, is she very sweet and truly cares about her patients. Dr. Carolina sat there very patiently while I explained to her the issues I was having and the pain I was going through. She made me feel very comfotable and took care of me. I walked out feeling amazing after her treatment!

Started coming here about 2 weeks ago & it's been great for my back pain. Maria the acupuncturist is great & explains things clearly as she's working on me & makes me feel really comfortable. Araceli my massage technician is awesome & I appreciate her kindness. I'll continue to be a patient for sure

If I can give no stars at all, I would. Horrible customer service from Dr. Morales. I had an appointment at 4pm, and got seen almost at 5pm because no rooms available. I was seen and paid for a 10minutes masaage, which I only got 7 minutes. And then Dr. Morales doesn't listen to your concerns, he just wave his hands to let you know not to interrupt him. Finally, when I was done after waiting in room again (another 30 minutes because they schedule too many patients at once and sometimes there are only one massage therapist to give treatments), I found out by another patient that the massage therapists are interns doing their hours. What I didn't like at all was Dr. Morales' attitude toward attending my needs. Very rude. Don't go here!

I went to Dr Morales for my injury and even though he had me off, he was upset that he had to fill out my Disibility paperwork (which took over a month to sign), after arguing about it, he signed it and closed my case (even though I still had approved chiropractor care) and said I need to find another Dr. Prior to this, his staff had refused to give me copies of my medical records.

I love Dr. Karolina! She is great and she'll treat you based on your needs. Friendly staff, clean facility, great service. I highly recommend this office.

I've been coming here for a while and have never been dissatisfied. Most importantly, I just recently came in for an injury that was diagnosed at my MD. office in my right hand. My doctor gave me pain med and a wrist brace and after wearing it diligently, no change. I've been seeing Dr Carolina for 1 week and already after only 2 sessions I feel less pain and major improvement in my wrist mobility. I CANNOT recommend this place enough. She knows what she is doing. I'm a faithful follower.

I had very high hopes for this facility. It turned out to be a very frustrating experience. I was asked to pay upfront until my insurance was confirmed; I was reassured I would be later reimbursed. My insurance has since confirmed my coverage, yet this facility won't update it. It's been weeks since I've given them reference numbers to my policy, yet I have still to hear from them. Also, I signed up for yoga classes and the wellness program.

If you don't use them in the specified time, you lose them! I have since switched doctors; I believe chiropractic care is extremely beneficial. Unfortunately, I feel this location was more interested in taking my money than in offering their services.

They can do a far better job at scheduling the follow-up appointments when they need to give x-ray results or take x-rays. I went 2 times for results and didn't get them. The second time my wife was schedule to get x-rays also and turns out that the x-ray tech never goes on the day my wife got scheduled.

Very unprofessional, especially the front office staff. The front office ladies were on their cell phones the entire time i was there they Ignored the office phone ringing off the hook. When i got to reception and said i had an appointment they just stared blankly at me and said have a seat, they didnt ask my name or anything. I waited for about ten minutes before going back up to the desk to give my name and again was just stared at until she finally decided to look me up and actually make a note that i was there. Really unhappy with mt experience mostly because of the lack of professionalism from the front office. Very rude not likely to return.
