CNY may not have the best spas and beauty services, but Paparazzi is a real gem, in the middle of Liverpool! Surprisingly, they also have the best waxing.ever. Just ask for Gina Marie-- she is wonderful, quick, and puts you at ease. The staff is always accomodating, and has many times squeezed me in for an appointment. I received a gift certificate and as I have never been to this establishment before I decided to go with the signature facial because it seemed like a safe bet and it was fully covered by my certificate ()I called to make the appointment and was told for I would get the signature facial including extractions.

I had my first Botox appointment with Stephanie. Very professional and made me feel completely comfortable. She listened about my problem areas and walked me through the whole way so there was no surprises. I'll go back for my two week soon and so far I'm very happy with the results I'm seeing. I wish I've done this sooner. Will definitely continue going to Rejuvn8 for my future appointments.

This is my second experience with at Rejuvn8 and they are amazing! It was my first time getting Botox and all my questions were answered and any nerves I had were settled within mins of walking through the door. The approach is always to benefit the client and I can't be happier with my results from both appointments. As always, I look forward to my next time!

Ryan and his team are about as professional as it gets! Everyone is so kind and makes you feel very comfortable. Ryan's consultative approach is something I really appreciate. We always talk through areas of concern prior to treatment. He provides his professional advice, and will not treat you for something if you are not a candidate for it. He is always super quick to respond and his team always follows up a week after to see how you're doing. I've been a client there for 2 years now, can't recommend Rejuvn8 enough!

I started seeing Steph last year and am absolutely loving the results. From the start, I felt super welcomed by Steph and everyone at Rejuvn8. The atmosphere at both locations is great. Steph always makes sure I am comfortable and happy with my services (her follow up texts are the best). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Botox services, and I'm excited to try their other offerings as well.

I took my 20 year old son for a peel to specifically target his cystic acne. In 10 days he has shown tremendous improvement and will continue to improve over the next three months. Not only did they make a great recommendation for treatment, but they were professional, informative and provided great follow-up. Their prices are extremely fair considering their experience, education and expertise. I couldn't of asked for a better experience.

Ryan is a very skilled professional who takes the time to educate and include his clients in their procedures. Ryan ensures clients are provided with aftercare and even offers consultations for long term skin care products which is awesome. The staff are kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. Ryan is, by far, the most trustworthy and client focused injector out there! He works thoughtfully, carefully and conservatively about patients care. Meaning- he doesn't pump you up with anything and everything to make more money. In a superficial world and business, it is so important to have that trust! Steph and Ryan are both extremely professional and very attentive to needs and concerns. I've had Botox and lip filler on many occasions. They have both been incredibly kind and thorough. They also do text and in person check ins to ensure you love your results and are more than willing to make adjustments after the fact if you aren't totally in love with everything.
I was so nervous before my first treatments and Steph answered all of my questions in depth and reassured me at length. I also felt they were reasonably priced, especially for the service provided.

I have seen Stephanie for services/treatments/procedures and she is incredibly Professional, Sweet, Caring and Friendly! She makes my experience very personable every visit! Her professional opinion means everything to me, when I let her know my concerns she explains in detail and laymen's terms so I always walk away knowing what to expect! And I have to say she is amazing at communicating any questions or concerns! Stephanie always gets back to me ASAP! Highly recommend!

It's not really Paparazzis fault but if you hire irresponsible-unprofessional people then I guess it is on you. We hired Kelsey Masella to do my daughters makeup for her engagement photos as well as her wedding. We paid Kelsey a $50 deposit and made arrangements to have an early morning makeup session - we were meeting Kelsey at Paparazzi at 6am - before her engagement photo shoot.
At 4:30am Kelsey claimed to be in Urgent care with her baby, so we totally understood. But we also had another appt with her on Sunday AM. She will not respond to our texts. She is totally ghosting is. I sent a Venmo request for my $50 back that she is also ignoring. We flew in from Florida for this and we counted on Kelsey to be professional. We have since found out she wasn't at Urgent Care and even if she had been.
Why ghost us for the second appt. We now have to find another makeup artist and my daughter had to go to her photo shoot with no makeup since we brought nothing thinking we didn't need it. Very sad that a person representing Paparazzi and Rejuvena8 would have this level of unprofessionalism. She really does not deserve to work at this establishment.
If I don't get my deposit back from her I intend to take her and the salon to small claims court for the cost of the engagement photos that we are having redone in FL. Not Cool Kelsey!

If I was able to do a happy dance in my review, I would. Rachel was able to fix another salon's color disaster. While I'm a 'Cuse alum don't want orange and blue hair and Rachel took care of me without missing a beat. She listened to what I wanted and delivered. absolutely love my hair color and will be back. So Rachel gets 5 stars for her fantastic colorist/stylist skills and her great personality.
My only complaint was with another stylist who was aggressively grousing about her cell phone, yelling across the salon to another stylist. Her actions made me very tense, and sad but true, in our society today it's scary when someone you don't know is aggressively waiving something around over their head (phone in this instance), yelling and stomping across the salon. Very unprofessional and off-putting.

Got my hair done there by Marie and it was wonderful great experience every time I decided to try out the lash girl bryanna since my lash girl moved, went the first time and they fell out super early I let her know the next time she said just call or text and I'll take care of it. I get my fill and that night I'm losing lashes I say I'll give it a couple days, the third day I text her and no response I call and she gets back to me five days later and says I should try lash cleanser and shampoo that this is lash she'd season.
I explain that I have gotten my lashes done this time of year and it has never happened, she says she will compensate me in no way and she didn't have a phone for a few days. As a business professional if I gave my customers a number and then it was unavailable I would contact my place of employment and check for messages; not get back to someone five days later with an attitude about the situation.
I am going to contact the manager but I don't recommend going to Bryanna for your lashes unless you want to look like you are a month or more out a few days after a fill, with bad customer service skills and waste your money.

I've been here twice - once for a massage and once for a mani/pedi. The for the mani/pedi: They had no slippers for my feet so I had to walk around barefoot after the pedi (to the mani table). There were no yoga blocks for the pedicure so I had to hold my leg in the air by myself for ten minutes at a time. That was a workout for me, and I know my mom wouldn't have been able to do it.
They have no dryers (!) so when your hands are done you can either blow on your nails with your mouth or sit and wait for them to air dry. For the mani they sit you on a short, uncomfortable bench and pull the table away from you so you're leaning outward and hurting your back. Also, they don't take your payment until afterward, so your nails (which aren't fully dry because there's no dryer) get ruined trying to get into your wallet. Re the massage: it was a combo sauna/massage experience and they offered a threadbare robe with someone else's hair on it.
They expect you to wait in the sauna until your masseuse is ready. I ended up calling the front desk from my cell phone to ask what was going on. I was escorted to an open area where I had to wait and everyone was dressed except for me (I don't mind wearing a robe if we're all in a spa, but this was just weird). And I was carrying my wet boots, clothes, and purse with me while trying to stay covered in my very short robe.
When they were finally ready for the massage I had to ask for help carrying everything into the room. Just not a great experience. The massage was okay but it was too light and she never asked if the pressure was okay. Also, if you at all need to hold onto a railing down the stairs, DON'T USE THEIR STAIRS. The railing is not properly installed.
If you are holding onto it while going down, at one point it sits flush against an overhang and you will jam your fingers between the railing and the overhang and hurt yourself. They do have an elevator, so definitely ask to use that. Work was fine. BUT: I arrived just before my appointment time. Was ushered into their comfortable lounge. A minute or so later someone came in and sat down to have a chatty personal phone conversation for several minutes. She of course could see that a customer was waiting (on the couch across from her). I remember thinking "That had better not be the person I had an appointment with I have been sitting here waiting for." But it was. Very bad form. Will never go back.

Came in for an hour-long massage with Rob. The massage itself was wonderful, and afterwards he took the time to explain a few stretches that would help me in the future. He also gave me a coupon for my next massage. The girls at the front desk were helpful as well. I'd definitely come back in the future!

Tried a massage here through a Living Social deal. The staff was friendly and the masseur Rob was great and very knowledgeable. He gave me some great tips and stretches and gave me a coupon to come back. I think their massage services are a little over priced for a day spa, but if you can get a discount or Groupon deal, it's definitely worth it.

I asked if I would be seeing a licensed Esthetician and assured Gina Marie was.
This is how the actual appointment went. I got there ten minutes early as instructed to fill out paperwork but was given none and at ten minutes past my appointment time Gina Marie casually came out to get me. She never asked for history on my skin, allergies, preferences, nothing. I was not given any paperwork. This signified to me she wasn't interested in my history or keeping a record on my skin.
Not a good sign. While kind and personable, she lacks in professionalism and seemed not as well versed as my previous Esthetician at an actual spa. I consider Paparazzi a salon that does spa services. I could smell perm/ chemical process odors while waiting and during my treatment I could hear everything all through the salon. Not very relaxing. So for a half hour she basically washed and moisturized my face.
No extractions and nothing special. She did try to up sell me many times, critiqued my skin tone in a derogatory manner and was over all just a little irritating. I was amazed that service should cost $75. For $30 minutes? When I left I had cleanser gooped in my hair and some kind of crusty stuff all over my neck. I discovered this in the car. I've never had a worse treatment anywhere. I do not recommend.
