This web page was built as resource for new patients to learn about my practice, Acupuncture, herbal medicine and wholistic health. It is a great way for existing patients to keep in touch and continue learning about ways to keep healthy. In the past several years, I've built up a consistent and satisfied group of private customers; and they've enabled me to define more clearly what it is about Acupuncture that I do finest, and what works finest for them.

For me it all began in the mid '90s. I was working with the critically ill as a respiratory therapist at St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn Long Island. It didn't take long for it to become clear, while we were performing some miracles, modern medicine left a lot to be desired. We had what we called "frequent flyers", patients that would get well enough to leave the hospital, but who were not truly "well".
We have created a warm inviting environment for you to feel relaxed. There is a comfortable waiting room for you to enjoy tea or water as well as 3 private treatment rooms. For years I suffered from ailments that made me feel twice my age - muscle pains, aching joints, fatigue, dry skin, heartburn and even.
Acupuncture is a medical treatment, which originated in China approximately 3,000 years ago. It involves the stimulation of specific areas on the body to regulate and balance energy flow in order to treat disease, improve health and increase immunity. This can be accomplished with the use of needles, electrical stimulation, heat, manual pressure and a variety of other means.
I don't remember much about kindergarten, but "you are what you eat" is one lesson I remember vividly. It took nearly 25 years for me to actually implement this simple concept into my life, and when I did, the results were astounding. Prior to changing to a healthy lifestyle; constipation, fatigue, headaches, sugar cravings, depression; all had gradually crept into my life. It was so gradual, that it just became what I grew to accept as "my normal"; things that I had just assumed were "part of life".
