Dr. Keesha is a wealth of information that flows from all her life experiences and intensive educational training. The holistic view in which she operates gives me hope for healing myself and to help support those around me. Her blending of various healing modalities, including those stemming from the physical, emotional and spiritual, touches a deep vein of truth that is hard to deny when working with her. Thank you Dr. Keesha for bringing a depth and wisdom that the world so desperately needs right now.

I can't recommend Dr. Keesha highly enough. I have been on disability for chronic fatigue caused by multiple autoimmune conditions for 7 years. While I have been getting better continually, I began to get serious digestive issues that none of the 4 naturopaths, 3 MD's or 2specialists seemed to understand. I had heard Dr. Keesha speak on a medical podcast and was impressed.
I am now her patient and wished I would have found her sooner. Her testing is much more thorough, as is her understanding of autoimmune issues, compared to my other doctors. My other doctors were good doctors, but they did not have the depth of knowledge of Dr. Keesha. She was able to tell me via testing and her years of experience exactly what foods I needed to avoid my entire life, and which foods I needed to temporarily eliminate from my diet to heal my digestive system.
She also put me on an individualized protocol of supplements and stress reduction techniques. My entire life I have had issues with my digestion (less severe than current issues), but I never understood how to deal with them. I was concerned about my digestion as medical evidence points to a connection between digestive and brain health and I didn't want to be one of the many older people with Dementia or Parkinson's. She is also able to present her findings and conclusions is a concise and understandable way, even if you have a complex set of conditions, which I did.

This was my fifth retreat with Dr. Keesha. My first retreat was over a year ago and at that point, I was feeling quite desperate to find answers to what I would learn to be autoimmunity. I had read Dr. Keesha's book (Solving the Autoimmune Puzzle) and it made so much sense to me that I was immediately moved to attend my first retreat to see if it could possibly help me in my journey to wellness.
I hadn't even met Dr. Keesha until the first retreat, but as soon as I did, I felt that this was absolutely the right course for me. We hear so much about autoimmunity these days, but for me, Dr. Keesha provide the missing link-dealing with the effects of trauma on our lives and how it digs deep into our neuropathways, often times manifesting years later in disease-specifically autoimmunity.
We live in a culture of trauma, where it has become so normalized, and ends up affecting every part of our being-our minds, our hearts and spirit, and eventually our bodies. The retreats provide a deep, meaningful, learning, fun, inspiring and nurturing opportunity to understand and move through the traumas we have had in our lives. Ultimately helping our bodies to heal.
One of the most significant parts of the retreats for me has been the amazing community of like-minded women, all on their own healing journeys. I have made connections and friendships that will no doubt last for years-if not for a lifetime. It is such a huge relief to find others who share similarities and truly understand what this journey is all about.
And none of this would happen without the unrivaled dedication to healing in the world, brilliance of mind and spirit, and masterful skill of Dr. Keesha. Her ability to hold space for each and every individual during the retreats is remarkable. Her varied and substantial background allows her to bring a multitude of healing modalities, and her own personal story and experience brings a wonderful blend of intimacy and trust between her and the participants.
Since I first started attending the retreats, so much has changed in my life. I was at a place where I was disconnected from all the things that were so important to me-and my body was screaming. Now, I'm part of a precious community of women, I'm able to see and celebrate my own brilliance in the world, am inspired to keep creating-and my body is much, much happier. These retreats have truly been some of the most healing and precious gifts I've given to myself.
