Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine have been practiced in Asia for over 2000 years. By inserting tiny hair-sized needles into different acupuncture points on the body, the acupuncturist can help restore balance in the body and allow the body to maintain its own optimal state of health. Herbal formulas suited specifically to the individual patient are often prescribed in conjunction with acupuncture treatments to enhance the healing process.
Acupuncture and herbs are effective in treating physical, emotional and psychological issues.

Acupuncture is part of an ancient system of healing called Chinese Medicine that has been practiced for over thousands of years. Acupuncture points are found along 14 major Meridian pathways that course through the human body, extending through hands, arms, legs, feet, torso and head. Through these meridians flows Qi (pronounced chee), which is our "life force" or "vital energy".
Chinese Herbal Medicine is often used in conjunction with acupuncture to enhance the therapeutic benefit of the treatments. Herbs can also be taken alone as a therapy or as maintenance after regular acupuncture sessions are no longer needed. Herbs are most commonly taken from plant leaf, stem, root, skin and seed and are dispensed in a tincture, powdered or pill form.
Esoteric Acupuncture is a style of acupuncture using Sacred Geometry and focuses on awakening one's highest self and expanding consciousness. This style of acupuncture is often used in conjunction with regular TCM, to help people expand upon their healing journeys. Stone Medicine is part of ancient Daoist healing and is thought to have been used even before acupuncture.
