Wow. This was my first time having acupuncture (I am terrified of needles) and Erica was so gentle, kind, inquisitive and even gave me herbs to take home and drink. I rarely write reviews, but I feel I have to write one since I am still in awe of the session hours later.

There are not enough superlatives to describe Andrea H. 's expertise, care and skill with acupuncture. She reviewed my medical history and also provided supporting tips for nutrition, essential oils and supplements. And she does not sell either so her advice/recommendations come from a pure place - not motivated by money. She has the presence of an angel and has reversed my health issue and brought healing to my life. The office is immaculately clean and I felt like I was at a spa. Andrea is AMAZING! Thank you ever so much Andrea!

This was my first experience with LI Holistic Health Associates and with acupuncture in general and it was a great experience. Making an appointment was very simple and straightforward. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and super nice. I called yesterday and they were able to get me an appointment the very next day! Overall, I found the office staff to be very easy going and professional.

Once I completed my paperwork (FYI they take many different insurance plans!) my practitioner, Deborah, greeted me and showed me to my treatment room. Before we even got started with the acupuncture we first sat down to discuss my medical history and why I was there to seek treatment. Deborah was very thorough going through this process and took time to explain various aspects of my diet and how and where I could improve to help and enhance my treatment.

After we got through all of that we got started. Deborah explained the entire process, including what she was doing adding why she was choosing which spots. Overall I had a great experience and have already booked my next appointment. I highly recommend Long Island Holistic Health Associates.
