Services
Centerpointe Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offers a unique combination of having the benefits of both a Chiropractor and a Physical Therapist. We strive to find the cause of your pain, relieve it and change the factors that caused it in the first place. We always work with your family doctor or other health care professional.
We are independent providers covered on nearly all medical plans which include but are not limited to: Aetna, anthem blue cross-blue shield, Cigna, medical mutual, united health care, great west, PHCS, Medicare, Medicaid, workers compensation, personal injury and many more. Since we are providers on most plans, typically a referral is not needed for either chiropractic or physical therapy. We do work with your primary care physician or health care specialist and will inform them of your treatment.

Don't usually look forward to Dr. visits, but it has always been a positive experience at Centerpointe. Dr. Rossi and the entire staff are professional, friendly, competent and just totally awesome. He always takes the time to listen and address any and all of your concerns and questions (gets to know you). You leave not only feeling better physically, but the positive outlook of the entire staff is very contagious and find yourself smiling as you walk out the door. Highly recommend.

I had a very brief consultation, maybe 10min, no X-Ray but an "adjustment" was made. Thankfully it was minor. Then I was taught how to stretch, use tennis balls for tight muscles. All of this I knew and could've explained had there been more time, opportunity to do so. A "TENS" device was then placed on my back, instructed to say "when" with no information as to why and the level I was at.
That was 10min. Afterward, I asked about payment and wasn't given a straight price. The person doing the TENS therapy asked if I felt anything from the adjustment to which I answered "no but I did not expect to." Shortly thereafter, Dr. Rossi was in my ear explaining, very pushy, again what his version of chiropractic therapy is. I understood everything just fine, that wasn't needed.
The entire experience felt very rushed with an "action plan" but no data to back it. I've been through X-Rays, MRI's, and CT's, am not ignorant to therapy but was talked down to. I felt pressured and scheduled appointments. That was Friday 12/4/2020. I called in to cancel those appt on the following Monday because, for my best interest and piece of mind, wanted to go elsewhere.
A more thorough exam and consult. When I called to simply cancel and pay, Dr. Rossi felt it necessary to get on the phone in a very heated and elevated voice. Again was the pushing only now it was berating me as well. "You people get anxiety because no X-Rays are done! I don't understand why you want to be filled with radiation!" Much more but the complete lack of professionalism confirmed my decision to go elsewhere.
He "accidentally" hung up so I had to call back to confirm cancelling and pay my bill. Again he was on the phone in a raised voice. I would never recommend this place to anyone. It's the fast food of chiropractors. Initially, I rated this business 1 star, with no comment. Fortunately, the continued lack of professionalism inspired me to share my uneasy experience with others. Go somewhere else if you're searching for a chiropractor. I have no input on the physical therapy portion of this business. It could be fantastic but I doubt it.

I thought I had a pulled muscle in my back and went to my PCP and he prescribed some pain pills. A week later it was still the same all I did was lay on the couch with a heating pad and popping pain pills day after day. My wife recommended centerpoint chiropractor. I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for Centerpoint chiropractor. They got me on that day and explained to me what was wrong, started a treatment plan for me, along with a follow up twice a week. Within a week and a half I was 1000% better. Thank you to the entire staff there everybody is so friendly and nice and above all caring. Thank you

Kyle and fantastic staff helped me through a pair of knee replacements. My recovery of flexibility and function is absolutely due to their approach to rehab! Centerpointe is simply the best in PT care. and I have experienced the "others" in the area. Highly recommend for anyone who has lost flexibility and use or is experiencing joint/neck/back discomfort! Doc Mattix
