Peace Blossoms Yoga is committed to delivering a safe and compassionate ground on which students may cultivate through the tools of yoga practices self-awareness, embrace the present moment, and nurture their body-mind-spirit connection. We encourage students to be compassionate toward themselves and to honor their strengths and inner wisdom as our professionally-trained and certified teachers in Hatha Yoga safely and respectfully guide them in a dance of movement and stillness to strengthen the body, to focus the mind, and to open the flow of loving energy.

I offer you a spiritual yoga for women who are ready to unfold and live a joy-based, fulfilled and meaningful life. I've been in love with flowers since I was a very small little girl, picking bachelor buttons and forget-me-nots, pansies, precious weeds and of course, roses. The unfolding of our life, our feminine souls, takes care, nourishment, guidance, or watering (pouring in some dedicated effort) and weeding out what doesn't flourish, much like a rose in the garden.Much like our presence, it takes effort and surrender to the mystery of life.
Teaching and learning, being inspired and inspiring, nurturing and growing are constant guides for me, and being on this life-affirming journey, these gifts keep growing and I would love to guide you! I first thought yoga was amazing, as I felt a profound connection from my body, mind and heart. I remember the after-glow of my first sessions.
In an iRest meditation, you hold a restorative, supportive pose either lying or sitting comfortably. This experience supports all yoga/meditation students, and no experience with meditation is necessary for iRest Yoga Nidra. You will be gently guided by Jane to go within your senses while connecting physically, mentally and emotionally to wholeness and your witness-self where the true garden of ease flourishes.
Our lives may stay hidden in the dark roots of fear and overwhelm, with our health and heart out of balance. With dedicated intention, freshness and courage, we can learn to feel, breathe into our lives and reveal the peace of mind and joyous life we all seek.
