Acupuncture has been practiced in Asia for over 2000 years and constitutes the oldest form of documented medical practice in the world! With no other health care options at the time, acupuncturists had to specialize and become true masters in their areas of expertise. By inserting tiny pins into specific areas of the body, a healing response is initiated in the individual.
Massage Therapy, once considered the ultimate indulgence, is now recognized as a valuable component of preventative healthcare; a useful means of achieving a physical, mental, and spiritual balance. Massage therapy offers a variety of techniques to relieve stress and tension, promoting general good health and wellness.
Detoxing, rids your body of unwanted toxins. The results include: renewed energy, weight loss, and mental clarity in addition to supporting your body's natural self-cleaning system. Our program is a 21 day program. We first started Detox-ing in the Spring of 2009, and now offer our group program twice per year, once in the Spring and once in the Fall.

My first time using Holistic Health Associates. Fantastic experience from the time I called for an appointment, to the conclusion of my massage and checkout! Everyone was responsive, courteous, and all about assuring my experience was the best. David did a fabulous job of translating my requests and issues into solutions for what I wanted to accomplish! I am now setting up additional sessions. So far, highly recommend!

I've been going to Holistic Health for the past few months for acupuncture. The front staff has been awesome, and Caitlin is absolutely amazing. This is a great place to go and I can't recommend them enough! If you are looking for a good acupuncture place who will listen to you and help you heal, this is the place to go.

I returned based on the great work done by Erica on two visits just over a year ago. Kara was my therapist most recently, and again, I have only the best impressions of your organization. Am looking forward to my next appointment which I have already scheduled. Great job everyone! Returned last week and am very happy with how my usual problem back and neck have improved, resulting in better range of motion, but most of all, how generally confident I feel about being more active.
Thanks to Erica. Am making use of my package of massages, and as a boomer, I attribute my vastly improved range of motion and overall comfort to Erica. Thank you. See you next visit! I started going to acupuncture after seeing my neurologist for my post covid-19 symptoms. Holistic Health is a great place and super friendly staff. They truly make you feel welcomed and comfortable with every visit. The admin staff is on point with customer service. They are always willing to help and have a smile in their voice. Can't see their smile under the mask, but you know it's there.
The staff allowed me to scheduled with different members so I could then pick the one I was most comfortable. I found two Frank and KJ. KJ is amazing. She always asks how I have been feeling between visits so she can address them in my session with her. She help with my headaches and pain with the use of battlefield acupuncture to manage the time between visits. Frank was the first to use battlefield acupuncture on me.
He took the time to explain how it has been used on patients to manage pain. This has really help keep the pain level down to a manageable level and not like a house fell on me.

Fantastic experience all around. I've had chronic neck pain and sleeping issues for decades, both of which have been the root of other issues, and I'm amazed at the improvement within a short period of time of starting treatment here. I usually see David or Frank for gua sha, cupping and acupuncture (but have also seen Ryan and Priscilla) which has resulted in a significant reduction in pain as well as better sleep.
I'm so happy about the progress. The office staff is also great - really helpful and friendly, plus they're knowledgeable about insurance and file the claims for you. Highly recommend!
