Please be FOREWARNED! this office does not accept ANY Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans! Monica, the person that answers the phone, can give no reason why not. when she couldn't give me a reason she told me to contact the office manager. they accept regular insurance for instance anthem but not a Blue Cross Medicare advantage. they expect you to pay for it and maybe get reimbursed. when the office manager Mary answered the phone she could not give a reason either.

I asked her several times and she just said we don't take it. I asked her if it's because they charge more than Medicare allows, but she said that they follow the Medicare guidelines, but they do not pay for xrays, physical therapy, or supplements. other non-medicare plans do not pay for these items either. I happen to know that my plan does because they have for several years.when I suggested to her that that seems age discriminatory she hung up on me. I will file a complaint with Medicare and let them follow up with them. OR DO THEY JUST WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OLDER PEOPLE? FIND ANOTHER CHIROPRACTOR!

Office manager treated my husband horribly. He's very nice too, so for him to have a complaint says alot.

I came for shoulder pain. What I got were assurances and "treatment" that was nothing more than fake adjustments and half an hour with an ultrasound machine. My shoulder did not get better. My adjustment plan was one push on the back by the chiropractor and then being sent to a room to have an ultra sound massage. And that's it. I looked up the machine, and it's not a proven treatment.

Just snake oil. I don't think he was serious. He made many claims including that if I received treatment it could cure my asthma. I was put into a room with a wall covered in customer testimonials assuring you he was a good chiropractor. I told him I was skeptical he could help me. One day I fell asleep on my couch, and my neck was extremely stiff.

I went for my adjustment, and during treatment, when I couldn't even turn my head, he told me the treatments are working because I was "so much looser" and my range of motion had increased. I was in more pain than when I had originally came in. I truly believe no matter what you come in for he will "find" something wrong and point to non existent points on your x ray and claim you need treatment.

He uses appeals to authority, shaming for not getting treatment sooner, and builds trust so he can get your insurance to pay all the appointments they cover and you after. I've had friends and family use chiropractors. They had nothing but positive things to say, and all have told me their experiences and none align with what I received. At best chiropractors are glorified masseuses that can take pain away, and at worst they are this facility; a scam artist passing himself off as a medical professional. If you believe a chiropractor is the best option for you, I strongly discourage you from receiving services here and seek elsewhere.

Great staff and doctors. They are wonderful chiropractors and wonderful human beings. They use state of the art equipment and expertise to get you well.

Dr. Greg Morrow is the best chiropractor I have ever known. In 2013, he cured my sciatica, after I had been debilitated by the pain for almost a year. I had seen several other chiropractors who did nothing for my problem before I saw Dr. Morrow. He said he could give me relief in six weeks and he did. It went away and has not returned. Five months ago, I returned to his care due to lower back problems that were preventing me from taking daily walks, which I enjoy and keep me active.

I am now walking 4 - 5 miles/day, have lost 26 pounds and feel healthier than I have in years. My walks are pain free. I recommend his practice whole-heartedly! He is caring, takes his time with you, and his treatments are effective.
