Organs make up 80% of the volume of your torso, and they are at the root of your physical health. Yet most people don't know the location of their liver, where their lungs end, or the full path of their large intestine. Most of our classes are now held in person. Please join us! We follow whatever public health guidelines are in place for Douglas County, although some teachers may have specific requirements.
We suggest you arrive wearing a mask, which you can then remove when you get on your mat. One of the things we look forward to most is social time between classes, but please consider maintaining social distance by taking your after-class conversations away from the door.

The Yoga Center of Lawrence is located at 920 Massachusetts Street, Suite 4, in historic downtown Lawrence, on the east side of the street, upstairs between The Roost restaurant and Jimmy John's sandwich shop. Enter either from Massachusetts Street or from the alley off the New Hampshire Street parking garage.
You MUST sign up online on Mindbody at least half an hour before class, unlike in-person classes. Once you are logged in, go to the Classes tab and choose your class. If you have an existing pass, the system will apply it. Otherwise, it will prompt you to pay for the class with various choices for passes and payments.
On our online store, or by mailing us the Buy a Pass form with a check, or at the studio from your teacher. The time to expiration begins with the first use of the pass, not the date you purchase it. Passes expire three months from your first use, except for the 5-class pass, which expires eight weeks from your first use.
