They reached out via email right after I ordered to say thanks which was perfect since I'd made a mistake on my shipping address and was able to correct it directly without going through searching for the order and making the correction the long way around

Never received the carry bag with my initial order. It was lost in transit and ultimately returned to the company. They decided to charge me shipping for a second time if I wanted to receive the product I paid for that they were unable to deliver the first time. Horrible customer service policy!

Purchased a new cover for my massage chair since my previous one was stolen. It didn't fit at all and it was the only option. Cost a pretty penny to ship here and back which apparently is the responsibility of the customer. ($40 alone on shipping). That's really a shame, I won't be doing business with this dealer in the future.

My first table was an Athena I purchased 14 years ago when I was in massage school. The addition of breast recesses and an arm rest made it the most comfortable table ever, and it is still going strong after a lot of use! I recently purchased another Athena with all the same bells and whistles and couldn't be happier. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Their customer service is also amazing, I had neglected to order a face rest with my table, and instead of just shipping out my order sans face rest, they called me and ensured that I was informed it was an add on and took care of me immediately. I highly recommend Custom Craftworks Inc. to anyone looking for a high quality table and the fact that it is made in the USA is an added bonus!

I bought this table because it was supposed to be high quality. I like the table but the hardware on my headrest broke fairly quickly after using the table. I went on the custom craftworks website and it should have been a red flag that they sell the repair kits for the head rests as a kit. I believe this is a common occurrence. Anyway I ordered this back in February and then we had the covid shut down and a lot going on.

So now that I'm back in business I realize that I never got the kit that I paid for from custom craftworks nor did I ever get a item delivered email. I paid $12.50 for one kit $15 for a knob kit, and I paid $19.20 for shipping. When I got in touch with custom craftworks customer service (Tammy White) she quickly told me there was nothing they could do but I was welcome to order another kit. NO THANKS.

I will buy a new, different brand table at this point. I never write reviews this is actually my first time ever but this is just ridiculous. As expensive as these tables are they should be more helpful.

I have had my Athena table for 15 years and still love it so much! It is sturdy, extra wide with thick padding and full of love. Just ordered some replacement knobs and I'm sure I'll be enjoying it for many years to come.

I recently purchased my second Custom Craftworks table and am equally impressed with the quality of the second as I was with my first. This company's customer service is outstanding as well. Prior to my order shipping, I was contacted to verify all details of my order, and after delivery, I was contacted again to ensure I was satisfied. Shipping was much quicker than what I was originally quoted, and I ended up receiving my full order in less than a week. Will definitely be back to add to my setup!

I've kept my equipment brands consistent with warranty and repair company the same as distributed from. Love the table, quality, and design so greatly I got it tatted on me so I match the brand. Thanks again! X$TaTiK

I LOVE Custom Craftworks! I have the 30'' Athena portable massage table. I actually bought it for myself for my birthday;) The table is amazing! I have used my fair share of massage tables. People always compliment the comfort of my table when they are on it, the table itself has a good amount of padding, and the face cradle is very high quality and comfortable as well.

I love how the face cradle is built, and that it's entirely made of wood. The table I have in particular is 30 inches wide and has a high weight limit, which is perfect for my pregnant people (since I do side-lying). Even though the table is larger at 30 inches wide, thick, and high quality, it is surprisingly light and easy to carry (I started off doing mostly house calls, and used this table). In conclusion, Custom Craftworks quality is impressive, I am very happy with this table, and I would definitely recommend to a friend!

I love my new custom-built electric Pro Lift Back table! It's beautiful. The cut-outs for breasts (or scapulae) will provide extra comfort for my patients and the deluxe adjustable face cradle will, too. Lisa was responsive and ready to help, and the whole process-- from inquiry to pickup-- went without a hitch.
