Five years ago I was hit by a car while ridding my motorcycle home from work. Still dealing with issues from the accident. Was sent here for a Social Security Physical examination by AVATAR MEDICAL EXCELLENT NATURAL.this outfit is a sham. They provide shady exams so Social Security doesn't have to pay you benefits. Find someone else to provide you with an examination.
