Yoga means to join together the mind and body. Yoga's strength lies within the capability to speak to all kinds of people, no matter what level of fitness they are. All of our classes are created to meet both the beginner and experienced practitioner. We do this by delivering an environment that is gentle and non-competitive, yet challenging. Yoga is very beneficial and an individualized practice.

I'm new in town and attended a workshop hosted at Bella Prana, and really enjoyed the space, and the energy of the participants and hosts. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and answered all of my questions with care. The fellow workshop participants were friendly and helpful, and many of them are frequent Bella Prana students, which indicates to me that a vibrant and compassionate yoga community is established here.
Parking is ample and convenient, and the location of the studio allows for a moderate walk to shops and restaurants. I like the multiple rooms of the studio since this allows for an expanded class schedule with different classes and events being hosted at the same time. Their class schedule is expansive with multiple classes and styles hosted at convenient times of the day and on weekends. I'll definitely be back to practice as much as I am able. After practicing online since 2020, being back in a classroom with other humans was an uplifting experience.

B.P.W.C was recommended to me by Neda. After taking the beginner class with Valerie, I recommend anyone new or experienced to visit the studio. With my limitations due to a recent back surgery, Valerie kept the stretches easy enough for my body to handle and left the studio glowing and with a renewed mindset. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to Neda for the recommendation.

I truly wish I could have had a better experience. I was invited by a friend to try Yoga. Unfortunately the receptionist mean mugged me as soon as she saw me stand in line to check in. Why would she do that? She was super nice and helpful to the ladies in front of me. When it was my turn she skipped me and attempted to help the next person who stood in line.
That person had to tell the receptionist that I was next. The receptionist avoided eye contact and checked me in. (At this point I was very uncomfortable but I still joined the class). After the class I asked about the 1 month special for new joiners and she didn't seem to know about the details. My friend witnessed that. I looked down to find advertisements for the 1 month deal on her counter.
This type of unprofessionaism is bad for business and ruined what could have been a great experience. Everyone else at the studio seemed nice. I'd highly advise the business owners to ensure this doesn't continue. As for me, I'll find a studio where I don't have to deal with this behavior and will not allow this to stop me from pursuing yoga. Thank you. Edit. My first experience wasn't great but the owner invited me back and assured me this was not the norm. Second experience was much better so I've upgraded the review.
