We really focus one on one with each individual patient. An extensive exam means a proper diagnosis the first time. Then each patient is given a specific plan to restore them to health.This may include adjusting, posture/ergonomic changes, active therapy (physiotherapy), passive modalities (ultrasound and electrical stimulation), nutrition, and other procedures.

The doctors predominately use the Gonstead technique of chiropractic. They also have training in activator, flexion/distraction, Palmer diversified, rehabilitation, and nutrition as well as many other techniques. The purpose of Wagner Family Chiropractic SC is to promote and maintain health in all our patients, young and old.

We love Wagner Family Chiropractic! The whole staff treats us like family, everyone is kind and knowledgeable! We have seen Dr. Jody and Dr. Megan, both of whom have been awesome with myself, my husband and my children. Our kids have both been coming here since they were infants and the adjustments have been awesome in helping us get through ear infections and other ailments. Dr. Megan treated my TMJ issues during pregnancy, among other issues, and saved me a whole lot since my dentist referred me for specialty dental care. I cannot say enough good things about our experiences here!

Really wonderful place! I had consultations at multiple chiropractic offices to check them out and chose Wagner Family Chiropractic because of how professional, friendly, and helpful they are! I always feel great leaving and know that I can ask questions if I need to. They work with you one on one and are great about walking you through what they are going to do. Dr. Jody is an amazing chiropractor and I feel lucky to have found her!
