We are also quite experienced in treating overweight and infertility. We focus on delivering results rapidly Most patients come to us with a problem that they want to correct as quickly as possible. We have refined a unique approach by enhancing traditional acupuncture with micro-current stimulations and far infrared heat.
Services
Traditional theory holds that the insertion of fine needles at certain points facilitates the flow of qi (energy). Recent studies find that acupuncture induces the release of neuropeptides in the CNS, which plays important roles in pain control, appetite modulation, and others. Our experience shows acupuncture is quite effective in pain relief, weight loss, and infertility treatment.
Initial consultation is free. During the consultion, we will take your medical history, look at your clinical exams, and answer your questions. We will decide if your condition is a good indication for acupuncture. We often enhance the results of acupuncture by applying short pulses of electricity to the needles.
Labor and Industries (L&I), Washington State does not cover acupuncture directly, however, we may bill your health insurance as the secondary payer for L&I claims once they are denied. We submit claims only to plans we are contracted with: If we are not contracted with your plan, we require payment at the time of service.

My shoulder now after Dr. Shang's treatment is completely healed. I was in tremendous pain and found difficulty even in changing the radio station in the car when it came to move my arm. The alternative was to undergo surgery as my co-worker did. The treatment with Dr. Shang was excellent and I was able to regain movement and more flexibility with each visit.

If I had not tried, I would not believe the thing as acupuncture. I almost lost hope for my lower back pain, neck pain, headache adn TMJ problems caused by a very bad car accident. My friend strongly recomened her acupuncturist to me. Shang is the first one who relief my headache on the first treatment. After two monthes treatments, my neck pain and lower back pain is greatly improved.
My headache and TMJ problem are completely gone. For a long time, I can not believe my problems are going away. I am very happy about my decision. By the way, acupuncture does not hurt.
