Ahn's Acupuncture & Herbal Clinic

Already experiencing the benefits of my acupuncture session today. I've suffered low back pain and general chronic pain in my back my whole life. It got worse in 2011. I couldn't walk because of the spasms. I've had x-rays, been to the urgent care 3 times just to be given some muscle relaxers and waved goodbye. This was my first acupuncture session ever, and it was scary.

I don't like being poked with needles. But they are so tiny. Dr. Ahn is really REALLY good at distracting and just getting it done. I barely noticed anything. He also asks a lot of questions because he cares about what he does. It felt strange to not be rushed out the door and to be heard, because that isn't the standard in medical care these days.

I walked out of there in a considerably less amount of pain than I was. I was astounded really. And I've been seeing a chiropractor/massage therapist. I'm looking forward to my next session Monday. I'd also like to point out that this clinic is not what you would expect. It's right next to a dog groomer business and I heard the dogs the whole session.

The lights are very bright and it's silent, except for the dogs. So be wise to that if this is your first time having acupuncture. It may be unsettling for you. I didn't mind it and I'm happy to return and continue treatment!

Dr. BYoung Ahn is a Master Acupuncturist with over 50 years of experience. He has a gentleness that reassures his clients as well as pinpoint understanding of various health issues and how to approach them for healing or relief. I have recovery issues from a broken leg/hip that occurred nearly 10 months ago. During the 10 sessions I've had thus far I have experienced immediate relief and longer term improvement overall.

If I had better insurance I would continue on with the sessions toward full recovery but it has definitely been worth my while to see Dr. Ahn - I noticed a big difference after the first time! This has been my introduction to acupuncture. Give it a chance. I don't believe you will be disappointed!

I cannot express enough how grateful i am for Ahns practice. Very patient and through in explaining his methods, and more importantly extremely skilled. I have been dealing with chronic pain from a surgical complication for over a decade. Medications could take the edge off but they only last so.long amd come with so many side effects. Ahns experience and knowledge has changed my life for the better over the last several weeks.

His emphasis and encouragement on he importance of diet, Sleep, and excersize to play a roll in my self care. With lower pain I'm eating sleeping and willing to do some of the excersize needed to fully experience the benefits. An excellent experience and I look forward to every visit

I have been seeing Dr. Ahn for treatment of an extremely painful knee that I have been having problems with for over a year. I had gone to an orthopedic specialist that wasn't able to help me with any relief from my pain except for cortisone shots that didn't last very long. I had a friend recommend Dr. Ahn. After having acupuncture treatment by him for the last month, I have had my knee pain almost completely disappear.

I haven't felt this good in a long time. He doesn't just treat your area of pain, he treats your entire body. He is "amazing"! I would highly recommend him to everyone I know.

Well.why he got 5.stars? I had acupuncture 2 times this place. My pain is.still.same. Wasted money.!

Complete scam. I've been to many acupuncture places and this was the first time where I got charged $70 dollars for upper body and another $70 for lower body. When asked he said the treatment varies by location! He put several needles on my shoulders and couple on my feet and charged $140 (please note that was with his thoughtful DISCOUNT). Without the discount he would have charged almost $180!

Second feedback would be the before and after the treatment. Before the treatment he pushed super hard on the area where I was having pain and asked "does this hurt?" and I replied "very". After the treatment, he pressed the same area LIGHTLY and asked "does this hurt now?" and I replied "no". I was being honest, it really didn't hurt since he pressed so lightly.lol. Please avoid this place at all cost

He is one of best doctor to fix all my problems so far over 1 year such as knee, shoulder, finger, back and others. Within 2-3 appointments, significant improvement was observed which was never expected from hospital doctor such as Evergreen. So, I never hesitate to give reference to my family or friends. Please trust him when you start to see him. You won't be disappointed. I wish he does not retire and stay where he works now. Thanks.

I have had too much problems with my body. My chest was pressed by something, back neck was always tense regardless of my intention, and waking up in the middle of night puts me in tiredness all day long. I have been this clinic for two months to heal my disease. I think I feel a lot better than before. My sleeping disorder is ingrained to me for long time, so it takes some times.

Other than that, I am very much satisfied with his acupuncture skills and herbal knowledge. I didn't expect I was cured so quickly within a month. He also told me he could help rehabilitation after Chemo therapy. I will introduce my friend who went through Chemo and got weakened to Ahn. I believe my friend will rehabilitate soon and resume his health as before. Thank you very much Dr. Ahn. I hope you never retire to help the sick people

All I can say is WONDERFUL! I have received acupuncture in other facilities before. I am so glad I finally found Dr. Ahn. I had terrible pain when I first came to him, and now I feel so much better. Thank you Dr. Ahn, you're the BEST.

Dr. Ahn is a true healer.first and foremost he cares about his patients.and second, what he does is amazing, if you have pain or neuromuscular issues of any kind, you have to go visit this Korean master. I was referred to Dr. Ahn when I was experiencing severe neck pain, and several doctors later couldn't get relief (minus the option of living on narcotics while still experiencing pain). There are no words for my gratitude to Dr. Ahn for managing my pain, while addressing a cure for the root cause. I am amazed at how many other things that I never realized could be cured by acupuncture (flu/fever, headache, allergies, etc). I was the most critical going into this, but Dr. Ahn is a master in his discipline and I am now his biggest fan!

I started seeing Dr. Ahn because I had regular headaches which made me nauseous almost every day. Regular doctors suggested Tums and Advil, which didn't work in the slightest. Finally decided to give acupuncture a try and am so thankful that I did! After the first treatment, I immediately felt a difference. The headaches were less frequent and the nausea was bearable.

After a few more treatments I can go several weeks without the slightest symptom. Dr. Ahn focused on not only unblocking the flow of chi to temper the symptoms, but to also "teach" my body the right balance to be healthy and cure the ailment for good. He also helped increase my blood flow so I had more energy and was able to keep warm easier (I have hypothyroidism, so this has always been an issue). 1. I suffered with migraines for over 30 years before a friend suggested I try Vitamin B and acupuncture. Dr Ahn was the first I ever went to and in very short time I was virtually migraine free! In the past, my frequency of migraine was such that I had more days with headaches than without. Now, after several years, I have one or two headaches a year. 2.

I was scheduled for surgery for what appeared to be an untreatable sinus infection.it had refused to clear after 8 - 9 months of antibiotics. I went in to Dr. Ahn and after a month of treatment my sinuses were pronounced "crystal clear - as if I had never had a sinus infection!" This, from the staff that did my MRI's before surgery. 3. I have an auto-immune disease, Lupus.

My fatigue and ability to fight back against infections is compromised. Currently, I am receiving treatment to "poke" my auto-immune system into doing a better job. My first acupuncture appointment was with Ahn. I came in for help with a pinched nerve in my shoulder. I was skeptical that acupuncture would make any difference, but, after two minutes of needles in my hands and feet, the pain began to subside. Acupuncture works. I recommend Ahn's.
