Moonrise Health & Birth

This review is specifically for Dr. Morris. I went in on March 25th for a consultation. I was so happy with her care and how she handled our interaction and gave me such great advice. Unfortunately, I did not get any follow up about my care/medications until 2 weeks after I already emailed her + called and left a voicemail. Even then, my appointment notes were not recorded for me to view and her email back was incredibly short.

She prescribed medications to me and let me know I'll be getting a script via email (which I never received). I had reached back out about 2 days after her email to let her know that and now it's been about 2 weeks since I've heard anything from her end about my script and now I'm feeling like my care is taking longer than what I had hoped. Communication is very slim and I hope that it's just me that is dealing with this issue. UPDATE: 5/20/22 - Never received an email back from Dr. Morris after asking about my medication prescription. Have had no contact from her or any of her staff regarding my care or "complaint.". Incredibly unprofessional and I have now found care elsewhere.

We found Dr. Brandy after extensive searching for a holistic provider for my first born after midwifery care ended. Dr. Brandy's licensure and practice in both naturopathic medicine and midwifery has provided a wealth of humble knowledge to support our daughters growing over the last 9 years. She really enjoys her well child visits! Dr. Brandy is caring, a superb listener, and gives excellent direction after thorough conversation.

As an RN and a mother, I wish more practitioners had her approach. "She's just really kind and gentle. She tells you what she's doing and really explains things in a way that I understand."- kiddo

Dr. Brandy provided my prenatal care earlier this year, and I am so glad I chose her to be my midwife! She is a kind, warm, thoughtful, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable professional. I felt genuinely cared for during my pregnancy; my prenatal visits were always informative, welcoming and overall, pleasant. Due to unforeseeable circumstances, I was not able to have Dr. Brandy deliver my baby but my overall experience with the staff at Moonrise Health and Birth was pleasantly memorable and I do highly recommend Dr. Brandy and Amy for all of your midwifery needs!

We have been going to Dr. Brandy for around 10 years. She helped me deliver two of my babies in the comfort of my own home. She is amazing! Her calm and confident demeanor brought me so much peace during labor. She is also my kids' pediatrician and she is also amazing at that! They love her and all want to come see her even if it's not their appointment.

I can't imagine having anyone else care for my kids. She has helped our family navigate several health concerns with so much care, concern and knowledge. So very glad she is in our life!

I absolutely love Brandy! If you are looking for a midwife or pediatrician that is very pro choice "your body, your choice" I would definitely recommend her. She is very educational but always lets you choose which path is right for you. She is very personable and professional. I had her as my midwife and now as a pediatrician for my little one. Very holistic care. I recommend her to all my pregnant friends.

Dr. Brandy is a gem to find in Seattle. We found them on a whim and could not be happier with their ability to be inclusive, have a listening ear, provide a holistic medicine approach and honor our family structure. Not only is Dr. Brandy our pediatrician they will be assisting in welcoming our second edition to the family. The practice is warm, welcoming, a place where you do not have to be afraid of who you are or what you say.

The care is continuous and intentional. If you say no I would like another option, Dr. Brandy can provide those options. Dr. Brandy interacts with the little ones and builds trust and foundation with all included in your family. There is no judgement passed on your decisions, parenting style, family structure or identity. We are happy to have Dr. Brandy in our community support circle. They go above and beyond their "medical duties" to be inclusive.

I've been through many doctors over multiple years trying to figure out why my health never seemed to improve and only got worse. It was hard to get doctors to listen to what I had to say about my body and actually take my preference for care in to account. Dr. Brandy has been a blessing to have as my health care provider. After multiple years of struggle she's helped me discover the root causes of my problems and helped me on my path to being healthy again.

When your problems are hormonal based it's a bit difficult to figure out just what is going on, but she stuck with me every step of the way and I will always be appreciative of that.

I have been looking for a great ND for my son's chronic eczema. He is doing so much better since he started his care under Dr. Brandy. She is warm, caring & wonderful at what she does. I'm so happy I've found her. I've referred most of my friends & family to her. If you are looking for an experienced & kind naturopath, this is the place. Thank you Dr. Brandy! You are a gem.

Caring, listens, addresses concerns at every level. After interactions with other doctors (such as emergency care) they always say they wish it was Dr Brandy. Her respect for individual autonomy and for the knowledge we have in our own bodies is what has restored my faith in medical care. Unwavering in being open to questions and honestly answering.

Dr. Brandy is the absolute best! I cannot say enough great things about her. I found her during my 2nd trimester and switching over to her was the best decision I've ever made. I loved my personalized attention during each visit. I greatly appreciated a 30 minute appointment over the standard 10 minute ones you would get at Providence. She always gives me the opportunity to ask all of my questions and her responses are thoughtful and knowledgeable. Dr. Brandy gave me the courage to do a home birth, something never in my widest dreams would I have considered.

I had such a wonderful positive pregnancy and birth experience because of the care I received from Dr. Brandy. My absolute favorite part about my care with Brandy is that we get to keep her forever. She is now my daughters pediatrician and we very much look forward to our visits. If you want a doctor who treats you like a person and not a number, look no further.
