Glenn has been providing high quality integrative health care since 1986. He graduated with a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, CA in 2002 and specializes in difficult to treat cases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, chronic pain, weight loss, addiction, asthma and allergies.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a complete system of medical diagnosis and treatment with a history of more than 4000 years. TCM views the body as an energetic system that functions optimally when in dynamic balance. Qi, or energy, flows to all parts of the body through a collection of connected pathways called meridians.

The review by Alex says it all. Nailed it. Anyway, this review is long overdue. Glen is definitely odd and defensive for no reason and condescending and everything else that Alex said. (I dont know Alex) But even worse, he patted my bum while a was face down on the table right before leaving the room after putting the pins in. I never went back after that. That was the last straw.

This is my first time at Optimal Health Acupuncture. Glen Sadowsky is professional friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming relaxing. Oooh and you get free quality tea. I was in therapy for I was so relax with the music and needless that I felt to sleep. My experience at Optical Health Acupuncture was incredibly good! I recommend you to visit Glen.

I don't recall how I first came in the doors of Optimal Health. Maybe it was luck, but it was a very good thing for me. I have worked with a half dozen doctors in his field and Glenn is among the best I have worked with. If I were still in the Monterey area I would surely be a regular customer. Convenient location and infectiously positive attitude helps round out the experience. He really puts the "whole" in holistic healing.
