I have somewhat of an aversion to needles, but with Melissa's smooth and gentle technique, I rarely feel pain with her acupuncture, so I don't have to tense up before each needle! She has helped me with neck pain/tension and general anxiety/stress management. Also she is a great resource for supporting my health and wellness with Chinese herbs for things like colds, sinus infections or sleep issues. I appreciate her compassionate listening as much as her skills and experience. I highly recommend her for acupuncture, even if you are leery of needles!
