I have had 4 treatments done since my initial trial and I am over the moon with results. I started at 238lbs and am down to 215 I was a size 24 pants and can now wear a 18/20 depending on style. Great experience feel whole lot better, when in with constant headaches, unbearable neck and shoulder pain, couldn't get a good night sleep. I cannot recommend Healing Hands enough. For years I had terrible daily headaches. I saw a neurologist, had brain MRI's done and even injections into my head that we're supposed to help, but nothing worked. The neurologist mentioned that the headaches were likely the result of misalignment, but suggested I continue the injections. I did some research and everything I read said these types of headaches can benefit from chiropractic care.

I was nervous, especially with it being on my neck and head but she used a special tool that allowed a more gentle alignment and assured me that she would do the adjustments slowly. After 3 sessions my headaches have gone from daily to maybe once a month at most, and as a bonus I find that I sleep much better and have more energy than before. If you're suffering from headaches without relief, I would definitely consider a visit to Healing Hands.

I had a great experience working with Dr. Cao and her team. The facility was very clean and inviting and proper COVID precautions were taking. The service was exemplary I was always greater with a smile and addressed by first name, which gave for a more intimate experience. Dr. Cao was very responsive and supportive when I needed to reachnout regarding the program.

I learned a lot and lost total of 11lbs which could been more if I continued with the program exactly as prescribed and did not allow life stressor to impact. I will pick up and continue to use what I learned to get back on track.

I wish I had reached out for Dr. Kelly Cao's healing hands sooner! I went to Dr. Cao with painful, persisting symptoms from a back injury that had been affecting numerous aspects of my life. It'd been 2.5 months since the incident. I'd been seen by an Occupational Health professional, an Orthopedic doctor, a Neurologist, and received Physical Therapy with variable results.

None of these professionals could pinpoint what was wrong. They seemed perplexed I kept reporting symptoms/pain on every visit and was not progressing as they thought I should. So I decided enough was enough. I booked an appointment with Dr. Cao, even when it was against the advice received from the Ortho Doc, the Neurologist, and one of the Physical Therapists, and I have not looked back.

In a single session, Dr. Cao took 2.5 months of physical struggle almost entirely off my back, as well as the mental/emotional agony that came with it. I'm SO grateful! I'm not dragging my body through the day anymore, I'm sleeping well, I'm fully energized throughout the day, I can get through long shifts at work without feeling weak and heavily fatigued, I can get back up the next day without feeling like I need a few days to recover, and I can once again enjoy dedicating time to all my favorite hobbies. If you're looking for a chiropractor, or you're already thinking about seeing Dr. Cao, stop wasting your time and get an appointment!

I went to Dr Kelly Cao after being in the worst pain for 4 months and having other Doctors give me horrrible pain pills and Morphine. After an MRI it showed herniated disc. Dr Cao took me out of the pain in just a few visits. She is AMAZING! Healing Hands for real. I am continuing to go every few weeks for adjustment as I never want to be in that kind of pain again. So Grateful!

I love this place everyone is very prof essional and clean. I just completed the light therapy and I was really amazed with the results. I would do it again. I hope you all give it a try. I have never been to a chiropractor and I was scared to because of videos I had seen. Gave this place a call and the front desk was nice while answering my million questions. Going in the chiropractor was great, after asking the typical questions and feeling how tense my back was, she worked it out. People told me I would feel like I was beaten, but no. I've had the most energy I've had in days. Can't wait for next week.
