Incredible results. I have been seeing Dr. Hou for my autoimmune condition and I am in disbelief of how much I have improved. I feel truly lucky to have found this practice. Prior to Dr. Hou, I had been familiar with the effectiveness of Chinese Medicine but wanted to make sure that I found the right practitioner - someone with experience, patience and who could provide herbs & acupuncture. Dr. Hou covers all the bases, and more.

She was a lead medical professor in China, has written an entire academic textbook on the subject, and integrates both western and eastern concepts into her work. Her level of mastery put me at ease and I have not been let down by the results. I have travelled far and wide in search of a Holistic Doctor to remedy the ailments of a sensitive body. I came to Dr. Hou with an unconventional pain which had lasted me everyday for 3 consecutive weeks. In this time frame I saw another acupuncturist who was trained in India---yet to no avail, my vertigo, fatigue, nausea, and labored breathing continued.

I saw Dr. Hou Friday August 27, 2021 and we began the healing. After 2 visits, I WAS HEALED. Do not look further my friends. As a teacher who believes strongly in integrity and oriental medicine-this woman is a Pioneer in her field. I am now healed and will continue to see Dr. Hou so as long as I reside in DC. I have been seeing TCM all my life and have been fortunate to consult with excellent doctors that have succeeded in treating my 'heatiness'. However, I felt Dr Hou gave an incorrect diagnosis and was not able to make my 'dampness' any better. I stopped after 2 visits.

This place is awesome, Hou, Wanzhu is very professional and her knowledge is incredible, she is very sweet and friendly, I got Bell's Palsy and the pain was horrible for 2 weeks and acupuncture helped a lot, I'm still going there and every time is a pleasure, still recovering but she knows what to do and how to help, I'm grateful I found this place very close to my house. Receptionist is very nice girl, fast appointments, no waiting to be seeing, I get very relax when I'm there. Thank you!

I always look forward to my acupuncture with Dr. Hou. When she asks me how I'm doing, I can tell she really cares. She has been treating my costochondritis as well as numbness/pain I get in my hands and feet due to pernicious anemia. Also amazing help for mental relaxation, migraine prevention and sinus comfort/draining. Trust me, it's worth it!

I started going to All Natural Medicine about a month ago. The first day I walked in anxious and was having difficulty sleeping. That same day, I walked out reenergized and grounded. I've been going regularly since then and the acupuncture paired with the herbal medicine has truly helped me! I am more present and have been sleeping well. Highly recommend Dr. Hou and this clinic. After a year of dealing with very painful de quervain's tendonitis in my wrist -- i'd tried resting it, Advil, two cortisone shots, wearing a brace, and specialist said next step was surgery -- I remembered to try acupuncture and herbs. Now, after 2 months of visits with Dr. Hou, and herbal pills, my wrist is close to fully healed and I know a full recovery is around the corner.

I just wish I'd started sooner instead of letting the problem become so entrenched! Dr. Hou and the support staff are awesome, and the clinic has felt completely safe during covid. Hi there! Does Dr. Hou accept all insurance? I currently only have Maryland State Medicaid insurance - which tons of Doctors don't accept. I've lost my job during the pandemic & have been filling out job applications for months now. It's been difficult but hopefully I'll land something promising very soon. I only gave the 5 stars to add to the JOY that everyone else is feeling. Hopefully, that same JOY will come back to me too.

After a long suffering from complications from the Corona Virus, I reached out to my primary doctor who tried what he could but was not helpful. I was sick for 3months even though I was tested negative for the virus. I lost my appetite which caused me to loose 35lbs. I had extreme pain and muscle twitches and breathing issues that could not go away.

Thank God I found Dr. Hou. She is very knowledgeable and listens to you. Since I started my acupuncture treatment about a month now, I have improved dramatically. The treatment has also helped with other skin issues that I had. I recommend this clinic to anyone who has been affected by the virus as there is a tendency that your body builds inflammation which leads to other health issues. Dr. Hou helped me to rebuild my immune system and get back to normal activities that I might not have the chance to do. I was diagnosis with a several liver disease and doctors informed me that I will need a liver transplant. Upon release from the hospital (while waiting on an available liver), I spent months recovering from home. The recovery process was slow and not making any progress.

It was during this time that my I came across the All Natural Medicine Clinic. With ongoing treatment, I am seeing significant improvements. I am grateful for the care she has provided me. Highly recommended!

Dr. Hou is the best. I was having some stomach issues and I kept throwing up every morning it was difficult to keep food or water down. I went to the hospital and waited for 8 hours to be seen and given a prescription with HORRIBLE side effects. The doctor at the hospital said " you have a bug or something" REALLY? I started to look for a natural medicine clinic and found Dr. Hou's office that was 5 minutes away from my house and they were able to see me immediately.

In about 45 minutes I left with a diagnosis and two Chinese herbal teas. She said to drink them for a week and on the second day of drinking my teas my appetite was coming back and I was eating after about 7 days of not being able to hold down anything. Thank you, Dr. Hou!

I was suffering terribly from the symptoms of menopause including cloudy mind, constant hot flashes, irritability, and sleeplessness. After the first treatment, I began to feel more peaceful. This is a small clinic in a resident house. Dr Hou is the main person who can treat patients, well she is not doctor but only licensed with Acupuncture. The office has several very small rooms, not very clean in my personal opinion and with smell. Her acupuncture may help relieve only sometimes other than cure, not magic as other posts mentioned.

I am very grateful to be a patient here. Dr Hou is the only source of relief that I have had for multiple auto immune issues. I have an extensive medical background and can tell you that she is a truly gifted practitioner and will bless you with better health. Listen and read. It all makes sense when you wrap your brain around it. Western medicine can only treat the symptoms and creates additional problems as a result of side effects. Yes, it does take time but it's critical to handle/improve the immune system strategically and delicately, as she does. Do not be fooled by the lack of fancy office accommodations because she cares more about getting you well, and as I said, she will.

The BEST place. My hyperthyroidism was cured now we are working on hormone. It is all natural with no symptoms. I love this place! Both of the doctors are like family to me.

Difficult to find! I drove around in the rain looking for this place forever. It was so hard to actually reach the driveway, especially since the driveway and walkway look the same and are tucked in between some other house-like office dwellings, hidden behind trees. I could "sorta" see the driveway but kept slightly passing it. And since it's located on a major road you cannot just back up. It's a u-turn hell!

So I finally make it to the driveway and the parking spaces are all taken. There is nowhere else to park. I have an appointment so I decide to go in and let them know that my car is blocking all of the other cars. They don't have a solution, so I decide to leave. No loss really, since I can barely take the smell of the place. It smells like a smoker's break room. Also, have fun getting out of the driveway as you back out into major oncoming traffic. Note: this review is not for the acupunture itself since I did not receive the treatment due to the parking situation.

Dr. Hou knows what she's doing! She is trained in both western and Chinese medicine. Her husband is a 5th generation herbologist. The 2 people that recommended me to this place both attested she had saved their lives when traditional doctors said there was nothing they could do. One person said their doctor told them they had just a few months to live. (That was 10 years ago!) I have suffered from extreme exhaustion and could not get any more than nominal relief after 2.5 years. I have at this writing been going to All Natural Medicine for 5 weeks, and I have my strength and energy back and it feels GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend these wonderful people!
