Jen is the absolute best! She helped me through a really bad car accident in fall of 2020. I continue to see her for maintenance. She is extremely well versed in regards to the body, and isn't one to just say, "well you're just always going to feel that way now, due to an injury "( like others have said). She has a whole body approach not just the one area bothering you. She is kind, understanding, and will get you results!

Jen spent time understanding what was going on with me, then discussed treatments completely. She is very professional and made sure I understood what she was doing and why. During treatments she constantly requesting feedback. I had immediate improvement afterwards and she provided really helpful videos of treatments i could do at home. I would highly recommend her.
