Our office is geared toward detection and correction of the "Vertebral Subluxations" (spinal alignment problems that effect the spine, discs, nerves and muscle). The procedures we use are therefore specifically selected for your spine and nervous system health. There are a couple of things that you should expect when you begin care at our office.
In simplest terms, a subluxation a.k.a. Vertebral Subluxation) is when one or more of the bones of your spine (vertebrae) move out of position and create pressure on, or irritate spinal joints, discs and nerves. Spinal nerves are the nerves that come out from between each of the bones in your spine.

While traveling to Savannah on family vacation, my back slipped out of alignment and was causing me considerable pain and discomfort. Called these folks and got in same day. Dr. Brown listened to my story, asked a few questions and told me he had a plan. After a very gentle adjustment I immediately knew he had me back in alignment. The next few days were far from normal but I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation. Dr. Brown saved my vacation. Thank you so much!

I've been seeing Kevin at Brown Chiropractic since about 3 months after having my son. I've had ton of lower back pain from giving birth and he has helped a lot with the frequent pain I have. I go there weekly now for about 2-3 months and I can really tell a difference. He is personable and takes the time to understand why your in there. Definitely a great place if needing an adjustment.

Dr. Brown is highly skilled, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to make sure you're physically operating at your optimum performance. He does an extensive initial evaluation of your posture, spinal alignment and muscle spasm activity, and even analyzes the structure of your feet for orthotics. I have a neck injury from an old accident and a herniated disk that caused painful sciatica.
He has me living a normal active life, treating me every week. I would never visit another doctor! Dr. Kevin & Dr. Gina and Kristina are friendly, very knowledgeable and informative. Highly recommend!

This Chiropractor is in it for the people not the money. I was in from out of town when my back went out and they went above and beyond to get me in and adjusted. He spent over 30 minutes working on my back to help me be able to enjoy my vacation. They put me in their water message table that was absolutely amazing at no additional charge. I am truly grateful for the care I received and it made night and day difference in my ability to enjoy my time in Savannah. If I was local they would be my full time chiropractor! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs or wants chiropractic care!

Dr. Brown and his staff are fantastic. Always pleasant and easy to work with. I have chronic back pain and he has helped me manage it so that it is tolerable. I also threw my back out a few months ago and could barely walk he had me up and functioning and back to work in just a few visits. You wont find better service anywhere else.

I have been a patient at Brown Chiropractic's for over ten years. When I first visited Dr. Brown I had pain up and down my right side. I could no longer do a lot of things I enjoys such as basket ball, kayaking, or even going on a walk. Well at 66 years old I can still hit the hoops and do the other things that I enjoy. I highly recommend Brown Chiropractics

I've written and rewritten this review several times, not because I struggle to find the words to describe the wonderful service and incredibly friendly individuals of Brown Chiropractic, but because I'm trying not to sound like a shill I don't like going to the doctor, and I don't like most doctors I've met, but I did like going to see Dr. Kevin Brown. Appointments were simple and quick, prices were fair, and Kevin and his secretary Olivia were (and are) lovely people. I'd recommend them to anyone I know in need of chiropractic care, and I mean that.

Best chiropractor in town! Dr. K. Brown is a dedicated professional who listens to how I'm feeling or not feeling at each session and adjusts (pun intended) accordingly. Very thorough about explaining treatment plans and "homework". I've been going for a few months and I am seeing amazing results with my chronic low back pain. I can finally return to many of my day to day activities.

Dr. Brown and his wife, along with Marisa the lady at the front desk are all just the nicest people. Very knowledgeable and professional. I felt so welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Brown really had an interest in listening and asking the right questions to get me out of pain and getting better. The care they have for their patients and getting them better is obvious in how they treat their patients. I also felt like they were very reasonably priced. The office was clean. I definitely recommend Brown Chiropractic to anyone looking for chiropractor care!
